the next morning, i woke up next to mase looking at houses on his laptop. "morning baby" i said, sitting up, resting my hands on top of my bump and kissing him on the cheek. "morning gorgeous" he replied, "whatcha doingggg?" i asked him, "booking us a viewing for a house" he told me, "i know you haven't seen it but i genuinely think this is the one." he finished. "okay, i trust you." i said. half an hour later, we were in the car on the way to see our possible new house.
as soon as we pulled up on the driveway, i knew this house was perfect for our growing family. it was a nice size, big enough that we would be very comfortable and able to have family over whenever but not too big where we seem arrogant. it was modern but charming. a white exterior with grey double doors and ivy climbing up the walls toward the windows on the upper floor. as we stepped inside i felt at home immediately. the garden was huge and had a pool, i could picture so many family evenings out here playing games and watching the sunset. it was perfect, i was certain. "mase we have to put in an offer!" i said, "umm, no we don't" he replied, "what do you mean?" i asked him, "well it's our house, i bought it" he said. after at least ten minutes of screaming, hugs and happy tears, i had finally calmed down. "there's no fucking way this is ours." i said, still unable to believe it. "all ours baby" he replied.
a week and a bit later, we were pretty much all settled in so invited jaz, sam and summer over to have dinner and spend the night. they were our first guests which is really exciting. i wore a navy sleeveless skims maxi dress which really showcased my bump. i was almost 20 weeks today, so just shy of halfway meaning my bump is getting big now. they came round for about 6pm, this meant summer had already had dinner and was already in her pyjamas but we could still spend time and have cuddles with her. i've formed a really lovely bond with jas and summer lately, they meant a lot to me.

after jas had put summer to bed, she came back downstairs and we had the chance to catch up. so while the boys were playing fifa, i was walking her through the plans for our gender reveal party. "not long now! only two weeks to go" she exlaimed, "yea! which is why i have to ask you this question now" i said, "what?" she asked, a serious look taking over her face, "will you be the one to find out the gender before us?" i asked her and i kid you not she screamed. "OF COURSE I FUCKING WILL!" she replied, jumping off the sofa and pulling me into a hug. "thank you for trusting me with this" she said, hugging me tighter before going down and kissing my bump, "my sister alessia is doing the set up and surprising us with it so i couldn't think of anyone else to do it for us" i said hugging her again.
the next day, me and jas left summer with the boys and went to our local shopping centre to pick up some baby bits cause i can't lie i felt really unprepared. it was really nice to spend a girly day with jas, just looking at little babygrows and bottles and all the things i need. the fact that she is a mum helped me so much as i had someone who actually knew what they were talking about. after we'd been shoping, i came home and mase was at training so i decided to film a youtube baby catch up.

hey guys and welcome back to dani's diary. if you are new, hi my name is dani and this is my digital diary! today i thought we needed a good catch up as alot's been going on since i last spoke to you guys. today i am 20 weeks pregnant! look at my bump! it's honestly growing so big everyday. i have no idea how this pregnancy has gone so fast like, i just can't wrap my head around it, my gender reveal is in like two weeks, so that is honestly so exciting. but how i'm halfway through this pregnancy already? i have no fucking idea. anyways, we'll come back to this topic but some of you may have noticed that we have a change of scenery. the era of my little flat is no more because me and mase actually moved into our dream home about a week and a bit ago and i am honestly so so happy. obviously it's not fully furnished yet and we've still got a little while to go but we definetly have time. i also want to have a little like dinner party with mine and mason's friends and family next week but i dont wanna put too much on my plate so i don't really know. he's currently out at training so i've gotten myself a cuppa, put a question box up on insta and i'm gonna answer as many of your questions as possible.
