you walked into the sanctuary, just a couple steps behind wanderer, and looked around to see no nahida.

oh right, she's fixing up my room. I still kinda feel bad that I didn't help, but alas, 'tis the way it is.

You almost ran into wanderer as he made a sudden turn to the right, where the door to the living space was, and quickly mumbled an apology under your breath.

You had no clue where to go, but luckily wanderer seemed to know what room you would be staying in. He's the best.

"lesser lord kusanali?" He said, knocking on a door. It was a pretty door, one with a carefully designed blurred glass art. It looked too fancy for you to be staying there, and you felt another wave of guilt for making nahida do all this for you.

"ah, come in!" A childish voice said from behind it. He opened the door and thankfully didn't slam it in your face.

You entered behind him, looking around the room. It was a little on the smaller size, but that just made it feel cozy. It matched the aesthetic of the sanctuary, and it had a comfy looking canopy bed in the corner with dark green slightly see-through drapes tied to the vertical supports. There was a desk near the large window (the window also had drapes) and the desk had what looked to be a couple books and a notebook in a neat pile to the left, a empty notepad in the middle of the desk, a little pen holder with some writing utensils, and a lamp to the right, next to the wall. There was a green, gold, and blue fluffy carpet right next to the bed, and a bookshelf filled with books on the wall that the door was on.

"Hello you two! How was your trip? Did you get everything you need?" Nahida asked, putting her hands on her hips. You were still busy processing how organized and pretty your new room was, so wanderer answered for you.

"Yeah, she got what she needed. Lesser lord kusanali, could I have a word with you momentarily?" He asked, crossing his arms. You blinked, coming out of your stupor to wonder what he wanted to tell her.

Nahida furrowed her brows, and looked up at wanderer. They had some sort of aunt-nephew moment where they just communicated with their eyes. Or maybe nahida was reading his mind

oh god are they talking about me?? please no.

"...Sure. Let me give our guest a rundown of the sanctuary first, though." Nahida said. Wanderer nodded, and stepped out of the room (much to your dismay) as nahida walked closer to you.

"So, this is your new room! What do you think?" She said happily, giving you a closed eye smile

You smiled back at her, hoping that your smile could covey how much you loved your room.

"I love it so much, it's so cute!!! I don't think I can thank you enough for doing all this for me." You said, trying to make sure she knew you were grateful.
