"So what do you want to do when we get to California?" Sam asks once I wake up from my nap. I sigh.

"Sleep, honestly. I hope this Matt dude isn't super attractive because I look like a train wreck." I mumble unlocking my phone.

"I think you look fine, why would you need Matt's approval if he's hot?" Sam asks, awh so jealous.

"I really don't want to look horrible in front of cute guys." I shrug.

"So we're not cute? Wow that one hurt, Mel." Nate says placing his hand to his chest. I couldn't help but smile.

"No, you guys are so not my type. Weirdos. Why am I friends with such geeks?" I smile and both Jack's turn around looking at me over their seats. "I'm just kidding, you guys really don't bother me because hell we went to school together and I looked like a train wreck ever since I started dressing myself."

"Remember in sixth grade when you used to wear those ugly ass shoes and suspenders? What a nerdddd." Gilinsky laughs at the memory and I roll my eyes.

"Shut up, I really liked my suspenders. I looked hot for a sixth grader," I frown and Nate covers his mouth as he laughs.

"You did not, I'm sorry." Sam laughs, "but you evolved."

"Yeah that's what happens when you hit puberty, can't wait for you to go through it."

Before anyone can reply, they announce that we're landing and we need to put on our seat belts.
Once we get off the plane, my legs felt numb and I was tired. I swear I'm always tired.

"Melanie, this is Matthew, the Matt Espinosa." Johnson introduces me to a blonde haired boy who reminded me of Dylan Sprouse. He smiles widely and gives me a hug.

"It's so nice to meet you, the boys have told me so much about you and I think we will make great friends," he smiles and I couldn't help but smile, he was super cute and his smile was very contagious.

"Yeah, I think so. I need more nice friends like you, instead I have these losers." I laugh gesturing to the four boys messing around with our luggage.

"Well you'll make great friends out here with the rest of the guys, they're all great and super fun. I already have big plans for all of us. We're going to make your Cali visit unforgettable." He smiles as we finally start to walk out to the Uber waiting for us.

"Glad to know that, but first I need to take another nap." I laugh sitting in between Matthew and Sammy.

"Of course, you guys will be staying at my place, if you didn't know that already."

"Nope, the boys don't tell me much." I shrug, Sammy looking down at me, his eyes never looking away from me.

Matt and I continued to make small talk on the way to his place, he's really such a great person. I know he will be one of my favorite people to be around and I barely got here. By the time we got to his house we had exchanged numbers and are now following each other on all social media. He's really famous! Wow.

"This will be your room, I made sure to give you a room to yourself." Matt says showing me the amazing guest room, wow. It has a queen bed at one side of the room, a huge floor to ceiling window on the opposite side of the room, which looked over LA. It was a great view, there were a few dressers and a chair that hung from the ceiling, it was cute.

"Thanks Matt." I smile looking around.

"There's a bathroom just next door, that's the only thing you will have to share with the boys but it's pretty big so it shouldn't be a big deal. I hope this room will be decent for you." He grins sitting on the chair.
