RWBY The Dark Queen

First Assualt

The Army rushed forward towards the gates leading the battering Ramm towards the gate while ladders headed to the walls. 

Catapults and Ballista's opened up on the walls and buildings behind it. 

Meanwhile Archers and spear throwers lobbed their weapons at the defenders on top trying to buy time for the soldiers placing down the ladders.  

The Defenders meanwhile lobbed down everything they could from the walls, Rocks, Arrows spears peices of scrap to their own dead combat.

However even under this wave of fire they were able to press forward soldiers climbing the ladders to the walls and Spiders crawling to the side. 

And on the ground Trolls pushed on the battering ram pushing it towards the gates even as arrows came down onto it.

In the Back Ruby watched the battle going on before looking to her Generals "Kaylee, Tower you follow the armies up onto the walls we're gonna breach the top and bring up the archers to fire down at the city."

"Yes Lord Tolvin." They said before racing to the ladder 

Meanwhile She looked at Vex and ordered him "Vex i need you to stay back here and keep control off thee reserves core, i can't have them running around like Maniacs, when i give the siganl you summon them in is that clear." 

Vex bowed before saying "Yes Lord Tolvin i shall do my part." 

"And you 2." She said pointing to Bruz and The Skeleton King "When we break down the walls i want you two, to do what you do best...crack heads." 

And that caused Bruz to smile as he turned to the Skeleton King saying "Oh i like her...i like her alot." 

"You learn to." The King said back As they waited for the Gate to open 

Rat Bag then ran up to her asking "Oh ohh what do i do boss?" 

"Well..that depends..can you hold a sword?" She asked 

"Can i hold a sword." He said Snatching a sword from a skeleton who called out "Hey." 

"Watch this." He said with a smirk 

Then...he began...swinging a sword....very poorly i might add...as Tolvin just watched. 

"Hee...ya....huzza....eat shit." He said as he swung his sword before looking back up at her saying "So how did i do." 

She just stared for a moment before saying "Yeah...you just stay back...i'll tell you if i need you Rat Bag." 

"Oh Got it boss you count on me." He said before looking forward 

"Ohhh that was awful." Aldrix said 

"Don't remind me." Ruby said back as she looked back at the siege "At least's he's got the spirit though."

"Yeah if only he could get the fucking grip next time." Aldrix responded 

She just rolled her eyes in response before turning to look at the ongoing battle from ontop of her Carnosaur. 

Meanwhile on the Wall The Bandit Queen And the Tower raced to the ladders as their soldiers began climbing up them.

The Lizardmen ontop were waiting for them waiting to push them down and kill them but as they prepared they were suddenly attacked by the Spiders that climbed onto the walls.

"HOLY SHIT...!!" A Lizardmen yelled in panic before it was leaped on by one of the spiders 

Other Lizardmen turned just in time to see the Spiders coming at them causing them to panic as began to swing their blades and thrust their spears all while the spiders snaked and stabbed at them.
