Waluigi landed face first on the Observatory. "Ouch," he groaned. He looked up, only to be met with hundreds of curious faces.

"It's ok everyone, he is just a visitor. Please, go back to sleep," came the increasingly familiar soothing voice from behind him. The lumas obliged, and after a few minutes, the pair were by themselves. Waluigi was amazed by the place; it was truly fit for a space princess. Rosalina began to wander and he promptly followed her. After giving Waluigi a tour of the place, they entered the garden, located at the very top of the Observatory. It was a quiet place, with a calm and relaxing environment, yet it was impossible to forget how lonely it could be up there. Waluigi liked the garden because of this. It was a nice sense of loneliness; a place where one could calmly reflect upon events and relax. Thwy both sat on the ground, admiring the atmosphere

"Do you like the loneliness of this area?" he asked.

"Honestly, it doesn't affect me as much as any of the other areas. I always feel alone in the Observatory, since there is nobody I can really talk to as a friend."

"But what about the lumas?"

"Oh I adore them!" Rosalina responded. "However, they have a very limited understanding of things, and it feels like I am just there to care for them, to nurture them, and to see them off when they are ready to leave the nest. I have to look after myself, and although I may not show it, it all takes an emotional toll. I come here to relax, and to reflect on what life was like living on the ground. I don't really worry about being alone."

Waluigi let out a weak smile. She sounded content with this, but was that right? "I wish that I felt the same about being alone, in a way I guess. It torments me, like a dagger through my heart. Yet you seem to deal with it better." Rosalina began to shed a few tears. she couldn't not feel sympathetic towards this man. "But," Waluigi continued," Feeling emotion about this isn't that bad, since I know things could improve.  At least I know that it is a constantly bad situation for me, and I still hold out hope that one day, someone is waiting for me, to help me. And I think I am talking to that someone now."

Rosalina giggled. It was clear that she was having a positive effect upon Waluigi, and deep down, she felt like he was having a positive effect on her. Her heart was racing as if it was still on Waluigi Pinball. She couldn't describe the exact feeling, and she wondered if he felt the same way. However, there was still something she had to ask.

"Waluigi, I need to know what Daisy was talking about before, about your work with Bowser. Look, I know you probably only did the tasks begrudgingly, but I must have a better understanding," she asked with caution.

Waluigi frowned. If this was any other person, he would have launched them into a black hole, but he had no choice. She deserved to know. "Fine'" he sighed. "Bowser had a plot to conquer the Kingdom as he always does, and he enlisted Wario. Wario in turn forced me to come with him, where I joined Bowser's army in a fight with the toad army. We lost, but only after I showed what everyone thought was Waluigi's true colours." He couldn't fight the tears anymore. Entire waterfalls where pouring out of his face. Rosalina immediately put her arm around his shoulder in an effort to console him, and it worked. There was something about this princess.

"Oh Waluigi, I'm so sorry."

"Don't be, only Waluigi should be sorry."

She had to think of something to cheer him up.

"Do you remember why we were all invited to the castle?" she asked.

"Why would I?."

"Of course not. Mario and Peach announced they were getting married in a couple of days, and I know this isn't making you feel any better right now, but we were told to bring one companion for a dance. The issue is, I don't have anyone to go with, and I can't really dance, and seeing you are apparently the best dancer in the kingdom, i could do with your help."

"Wah?! How can someone like you not dance?" Waluigi was confused by this.

"Well, I left home at a young age and spent most of the time travelling."

It made sense to be fair. After deeply considering, the dancer of destruction agreed.
