Marry me

He walked into his office and sat down. After some time, Racheal walked into the office with his coffee. She was wearing a simple well tailored gown that hugged her curves. Her hair wasn't packed as some of it covered part of her face.

" Your coffee Sir" Racheal said placing the coffee on his desk.

Lorenzo wanted to tuck the hair that covered part of her face behind her ears so he could get a better view of her pretty face.

" Thanks" He said.

Racheal began to read his schedule for the day but he couldn't concentrate. He was staring at her lips and Images from their kiss flashed before him.

" Huh?" He asked as Racheal called for his attention.

" Are you listening?" She asked,her cheeks slightly flushed. She had noticed him staring at her.

" Huh.... Racheal" Lorenzo said as he stood up from his seat. " About the other time...."

Racheal heart began to beat very fast. What about the other time? What was he going to say? She stood there staring at him.

" I...I want to apologize" He said

" What?" Racheal screamed in her mind. " Apologize ? For what?" She thought.

" I shouldn't have done. I mean... kissing you. It was wrong and I'm sorry. You're my secretary and I should respect you" He said standing in front of her.

" You don't have to apologize" Racheal said.

" What?" Lorenzo asked.

" Because I liked it" She said.

Lorenzo's eyes widened. What was she saying? He had thought she would be upset?

" Hum....I...." He didn't know what to say. Was he supposed to say he liked it too? Cos he did.

" I'd take my leave now Sir" Racheal said and began to walk away hoping he would stop her but till she walked out of his office he didn't say a word.

Lorenzo stood in the middle of his office dumbfounded. He wasn't expecting her to say that.

After the close of work, Racheal arranged her desk, picked her bag and walked out of her office. She looked at Lorenzo's office and saw that the light was still on.

" He's still working?" She asked herself. She was standing in front of his office when the door opened and Lorenzo walked out.

" Good evening Sir" She greeted

" Why are you still here?" He asked

" I'm just about to leave" She answered and walked away.

It was late. Lorenzo felt it wasn't safe for her to walk alone. He wanted to take her home. By the time he got to his car she was already gone.

Racheal was walking home when she noticed a car beside her. She suddenly became scared, she had watched in movies about how people get kidnapped. She began to run away.

Lorenzo was surprised to see her running. What's going on? He got down from his car and began to run after her.

" Racheal ?" He called after her but she didn't respond, she kept running. " Racheal" He called her again.

Racheal stopped in her tracks. She recognized that voice. She turned around to see Lorenzo standing behind her. What was he doing here?

Lorenzo walked over to her when he saw that she stopped.
