Y/N POV:

The hero students who passed the first portion of the exam had not moved. We all remained gathered in the same large room. The excitement of everyone in 1A passing had not lasted long, before things got serious once again. "For the 100 of you who passed the first test, please turn your attention to the screen." Mera said. The entire room turned to the gigantic TV screen that took up an entire wall.

"It's the test arena." Izuku noticed.

"What happens next?" Uraraka said, unsure. Her question was rapidly answered, as buildings and structures all across the test area began to detonate and collapse in fiery explosions! The expressions of many turned to shock, while the destruction unfolded.

"Wait. Does that mean..." Izuku realized.

"There's only one more round to the exam. Your goal is simple: undertake rescue exercises and save the bystanders who are trapped in these disaster sites." Mera explained.

"Save the what now?" Mineta and Kaminari said, in tandem. Hagakure turned to them and got their attention with her floating gloves.

"Bystanders. We learned about them in class, remember? They're people at a disaster scene." she reminded.

"It can also simply refer to innocent citizens on the street." Yaoyorozu chimed in.

"So the guys behind this exam wasted all the time and money having those buildings built, only to knock them all down? That's not exactly cost effective..." I pointed out.

"Use this time to show how you will carry out successful rescue procedures once you receive your provisional licenses. Treat this as though it were the real thing." Mera advised.

"Well, you heard the man. Treat it like the real thing. Let's hope we all remember each other's hero names because I..." I began.

"Little kids and old people?" Sato suddenly said. Onscreen were numerous civilians among the debris of the exam area.

"That's so dangerous. Why are they here?" Mineta asked.

"These specialists have been trained as professional 'persons in need of rescue.' They're very popular. Introducing the 'Help Us Company,' also known as HUC for short.

"So, they're basically actors, I guess?" Sero said, crossing his arms

"So, they're basically actors, I guess?" Sero said, crossing his arms.

"It's the kind of job you never think about." Tsu said.

"But a necessary one in our world, since they support or hero training." Ojiro added. The intercom came one once more.

"The HUC bystanders have dressed up like injured victims and will be located throughout the disaster site. We'll be judging how well you keep them safe as you go about your mission. On, by the way, we'll be scoring you on a point system. If you have more points than the benchmark at the time the exercise comes to an end, then you pass the exam. We'll start in ten minutes. Take care of any necessary precautions now." Mera said.
