Shoutout to all my returning readers I see voting and/or commenting whenever I add a new chapter. You all are awesome. Glad to see you have stuck around despite the last few chapters. I admit, they have felt kinda lame compared to previous chapters. Hoping to change that. I really think people are gonna love this one.
Aizawa sat in the distant bleachers overlooking the massive exam area. Sitting next to him was the ever-amused Ms. Joke. "Want some gum?" she asked.
"It's really a finger trap, isn't it?" Aizawa replied, not even looking. Ms. Joke immediately gave up on her gag attempt and pulled an actual pack of gum from her pocket. As she began to chew a piece, Aizawa was seeming more anxious than ever. "I hate this. It's frustrating that we can't tell who passes and fails in real time." Aizawa complained.
"And our Shindo only made it worse by splitting the ground open. Now it's hard to see anything... Wait. Eraser! Are you actually worried?" Ms. Joke said, grinning.
"There's something I've realized from watching my students. In school and in the field. They might not have realized it themselves, but in Class 1A, there are three people whose spirits have a big impact. None of them are leaders, or the most popular. And their dynamic is all over the place. Friendship, hatred, respect, and rivalry. It's all there, in some way or another. However, before I knew it, the passion of those three had spread to the rest of their peers. It's strange. But every time there's some kind of major event, one or more of them is at the center of it. I'm not worried, Joke. It's the opposite, actually. I can't wait to see what they'll do. Even if those guys aren't physically with the others, their presence raises the standard for the entire class." Aizawa explained, proudly. Ms. Joke held a deadpan expression as she blew a great big bubble with her gum.
"You've fallen for them hard. It's kinda gross." Ms. Joke admitted.
"I'm honored to have them as my students. My Class 1A!" Aizawa cheered.
Meanwhile:
The first portion of the license exam was still underway. The students that had passed were gathered in a large room with seating and refreshments. A notably loud voice could be heard from a nearby restroom. "Oh, come on! Come on! Don't do this to me!" Y/N shouted.
"What's the matter?" Izuku asked, washing his hands.
"I have to piss bad and my fucking zipper is stuck!" Y/N replied, angrily.
"Why do you always have to curse?" Izuku calmly said. Y/N continued to desperately fight his own zipper.
"Ask me later, man. My situation is tense enough as is. Fuck!" Y/N struggled. Kaminari suddenly bursted into the men's room, raising his hands in bewilderment.
"What's going on in here?" he said. Izuku stood at the sinks and shook his head in cringe of the situation.
"His fly is stuck." Izuku replied, putting his gloves back on.
"I get in from the exam and the first thing I hear about is a crazy examinee who's yelling in the bathroom. I didn't expect it to be Y/N." Kaminari said, pointing. He entered one of the nearby stalls.
"Hey, Kaminari, why are you going in the handicapped stall?" Y/N asked.
"This isn't a handicapped stall?" Kaminari said, confused.
"It is when you're in there." Y/N insulted.
"At least my zipper works." Kaminari countered, taking a leak.
"Y/N, this situation is entirely your own fault. If your pants weren't so tight, you could just slip out of them without unzipping." Izuku reminded.
