Gang Orca and his army of henchmen ran fast! They were rapidly closing in on the hero students' established First Aid Station! With hardly any time to think, Izuku clenched his fists, struggling with what to do next. Just then, Shindo from Ketsubutsu High moved past him. "Get everyone to safety!" he yelled.
"Shindo, wait!" Izuku called out.
"Do it! Get them as far away from the villains as possible!" Shindo repeated. A stressful gasp escaped Izuku's mouth, as he regained some composure.
"Right!" he replied, turning. Shindo stopped several yards from the First Aid Station and placed both his hands to the ground below.
"I'll start hammering away at the henchman at one-second intervals." Shindo thought aloud. His hands emitted light as his quirk went to work. Gang Orca's front-most henchman had the ground broken up beneath them, just a few feet from reaching Shindo! "Ha! Wasn't expecting that!" Shindo smiled. But it didn't last...

"Nice try." Gang Orca said. At point blank range, he emitted some form of vibrational or sound attack, incapacitating Shindo! As the young hero fell to the ground, the others he had been defending looked back. Izuku stood in shock as he carried a young civilian on his back.
"Shindo!" he screamed.
"A single rear guard to hold us back? You've underestimated me." Gang Orca stated, seriously. The pro took a mere two steps forward before reacting to an ice attack at his left! With no time to spare, he emitted his ultrasonic wave again, shattering the ice as fast as it came at him! Izuku looked to his far right, finding the source.
"Todoroki!" he said, gleefully. Coming over the hill next, was the team of Ojiro, Ashido, and Tokoyami, all running hard.
"Midoriya, are you evacuating? We'll help!" Ojiro shouted. Izuku immediately handed over the civilian he was carrying.
"Todoroki's fast, but we made it here." Ashido added.
"Where have you guys been?" Izuku asked, wondering. Ojiro pointed in a direction behind him, with his tail.
"We found hurt people over by the river. Everybody else ran to the city first, so we were searching on the outskirts. The others stayed behind to search for survivors." Ojiro explained. While the others talked, Todoroki spammed ice attacks, halting Gang Orca, while freezing his henchman to the ground. Izuku watched in awe, uncertainty still looming overhead.
"Come on, we better get moving!" he said, hurriedly. Todoroki launched another massive ice attack at Gang Orca, but the pro countered it, yet again.
"Your power is nothing." Gang Orca swore. He wasn't even breaking a sweat. Meanwhile, Todoroki was panting hard, wondering how long he could keep this up.
"Guess I know why he's Number Ten." he muttered. The wind suddenly increased around him, feeling like he was about to be knocked over. Shiketsu High's Inasa appeared in the sky, launching a downward wind gust.
