First Person POV:
Izuku and I stood in the office of Sir Nighteye, at his agency. It was the first day of our work study, so we were, of course, wearing our hero costumes. To my left, was Izuku and Mirio. And to my right, stood Bubble Girl. The group of us were all standing at attention, awaiting our orders from Nighteye, who stood in front of us, behind his desk. "Today we will be doing patrols and surveillance. We'll split into two teams." Nighteye said. He turned to the four of us, before placing down an important-looking file on the desk. "I'll be with Bubble Girl, and Mirio, you'll take Midoriya and Y/N." Nighteye clarified.
"Surveillance?" Izuku said, curiously.
"Nighteye Agency is currently working on a secret investigation." Bubble Girl stated.
"Shie Hassaikai is a small organized crime syndicate.

That's Kai Chisaki. As the young head of the group, he's its second-in-command, and he's been behaving strangely lately. That plague mask is his trademark." Nighteye explained.
"So, Big Bird is up to no good, huh?" I remarked.
"Creepy. I thought there wasn't much trouble with organized crime these days, since the police know who they are and monitor their movements." Izuku said.
"It's been that way since the big groups broke up. But this Chisaki guy is starting to gather them together again, though we don't know why. The details are unclear, but we do know he made contact with the League of Villains recently." Bubble Girl explained.
"The League of Villains?!" Izuku and I exclaimed.
"Unfortunately, we don't have any solid proof linking him to anything criminal, yet. Hassaikai operates in a legal grey area that's close to black, but we can't treat them like villains." Nighteye began.
"Legal grey area? What are we talking here? Crooked cops? Politicians on the Yakuza's payroll? The guys of Shie Hassaikai, or whatever, don't have any kind of immunity to being arrested, do they?" I asked.
"Not to our knowledge. In recent years, the Hero Commission has been pretty effective in cleaning-house for situations like that. With that said, our objective today is to tail members of the Shie Hassaikai and find out what they're up to. Be careful not to arouse any suspicion." Nighteye ordered.
