9. We need money

Who buys the rlly expensive things and who returns the rlly expensive things bc they needed that money for rent

"Irukaaa~" Kakashi smiled, his hair flying behind him as he runs up beside his fiancé; a large stuffed animal in his arms, practically covering every inch of him.

"Wh-" Iruka turned around to ask but instead was greeted by soft red fur. He pushed the plush off of him, sputtering the fur that managed to get in his mouth out. "What's this?"

"Giant red panda!" Kakashi squealed, readjusting his grip on the panda.

"And how much is it?" Iruka said like every mom does as if they don't know the price already.

"It's only....." The silver haired man mumbled, not wanting to say the price in fear that he would have to put it back.

"What?" He placed his hands on his hips, all of his weight centered on said hip.

"Fivehundredseventynine" They rushed.

"Kakashi" The order dripped out of Iruka's mouth.

"Five hundred seventy nine" Kakashi finally admitted, his arms around the panda becoming limp as he dropped it from his head to his torso.

"No"

"But why"

"Because our rent is due two days and we need to save money"

"Can't we just let this pass though?"

"Put it back" Iruka demanded, returning to the shelves of candles in front of him. 'The things I put up with' he thought to himself as he adjusted his grip on the store's basket.

*a few minutes later*

"Iruka! Iruka! Iruka!" Kakashi announced as he practically bounced past each isle, looking for his dolphin. He eventually saw the pony tail that belong to said dolphin and sprinted to the man, a large object in his hands.

"Kakashi, please act your age, we're in public" Iruka whined, a blush growing on his face when a blonde lady with large breasts gave him a strange look. He hated being embarrassed in public places.
"Uh, what is this?" He asked, the object was pretty odd, as in why the scarecrow would want such a thing that is, not that he didn't like them.

"A disco ball" Kakashi hummed, his eye curving into what people know as a smile.

"Why do you want disco ball?"

"Because...I just do?" The scarecrow rocked on his feet, he didn't know why he wanted one, he just does.

"Put it back, 'kashi"

"But I don't want to"

"Kakashi, honey, we need to save our money for the rent if we want to stay in our apartment then we need as much as we can. Do you understand?"

"Yes, love" Kakashi sighed, turning on his feet and walking back to the isle he got it from.

* few moments later*
