The sun was setting as Harry and Tegan left the winery. They were both feeling a little less tipsy after their dinner. But Tegan couldn't help how tired she felt as she rested her head against Harry's shoulder in the back of the town car during their forty minute drive back to Avalon on the south side of the island where their hotel was and where the wine mixer was being held.

Tegan woke up with Harry cooing her name in her ear as he gently slid his knuckles down her cheek. She couldn't help but smile when she opened her eyes and saw his beautiful face.

"We're here, love," he cooed, smiling back at her.

"Where?" She asked, sitting up straight to look out the car window.

"The wine mixer. You'd still like to go, right?"

"Yes. Yes, of course," she said, trying to wake herself up a bit because she definitely did not want their date to be over.

"We can go back to the hotel if you're tired," Harry offered, sounding unconvinced.

"No. I-I feel better. Just a little cat nap," she said, yawning a moment later, holding the back of her hand against her mouth.

"You're proper adorable," Harry cooed, smiling softly as he watched her. She giggled and shook her head.

"Why?"

"Just are," he said with a shrug of his shoulders, leaning in to leave a kiss on her lips.

"Ready, love?" He asked as he pulled back.

"Yes," she said as she straightened out the red cardigan she wore over her dress, knowing that the night would be much cooler than the day.

Harry got out of the car first and held out his hand for her, helping her out before leaving another kiss on her lips.

"There will be live music," he told her as the two of them walked hand-in-hand toward the festivities.

"The only live music I want to hear is yours," she said, smiling blithely over at him. He chuckled as he smirked back at her.

"Did you— have you been to one of my shows? My solo shows?" He asked, looking a bit shy as he mentioned it.

"Um. Yeah. I uh, I saw you last year at The Greek Theatre in L.A. and the Troubadour with my sisters and uh, we were also at both of your shows at The Forum this year," she told him with a wide smile.

"Really? Wow," Harry chuckled, looking as if he was a bit amazed.

"Are you surprised?" She asked, raising an eyebrow in question. It wasn't like it was out of character for her.

"A little," he chuckled, looking a bit bashful.

"Are you though?" She asked again and he let out a laugh.

"I guess not," he relinquished and she laughed out loud.

"I saw Niall on his tour too. Just once though," she told him.

"Well, as long as it was just once..." He quipped as the two of them made it into the festival after getting wristbands at the entrance, realizing just how many people were there to celebrate the 'fucking Catalina Wine Mixer'.

"Wow," Harry said, looking around as the two of them cut off of the sidewalk and walked through the grass toward the stage that was set up in the near distance.

"Have you ever seen the movie Step Brothers?" Tegan asked Harry as they walked toward the sea of people in participation of the event.

"Yes," Harry said, looking over at her with a sly smile.
