Bothered, I pondered, was that the right word? Yes, bothered. Yes, it was. Where do I start?
I had settled into Hogwarts nicely. It seemed the seat between the man in the black robes who yet I had to acquire his name and Lockhart was claimed to be mine since it was always left open, but that wasn't the problem.
About 3 weeks have past by and many problems with the name Gilderoy lockhart appeared
"Calliope," a voice rang out as I sighed. I regretted being so nice to him. He's like a fat cat who begs and begs for more food.
"It's Ms. Foxx to you, Lockhart. I've told you many times," she gritted through her teeth as his dumbfounded expression showed.
"Did I ever tell you about my trip to America?" he started, and she sighed, anticipating yet another one of his stories of his travels.
She felt blessed once breakfast ended.
Oh, but that's not all.
In her most sacred hiding place, he found her. The library was no longer safe from him.
"Calliope," he rang out, and she smacked her head on the book, begging for mercy.
"Ms. Foxx, Lockhart," she said, raising a brow at him as he flashed her a toothy grin.
"What can I do for you?" she said, plastering on an annoyed smile.
"What can you do for me..." he pondered, as if he were up to something.
Merlin, please save me, she thought.
"Well, I was wonderin--" he started, but then the gods blessed her; a student came in, clueless. She ran to him and left Lockhart

She sighed at the silence of the halls, the small gusts of cold air that followed. Serenity, I thought, sweet serenity, as she studied each painting's details. My thoughts were shaken away as a bump hit my shoulder. I glanced back at the person who had bumped into me and rolled my eyes.
"I suggest you pay attention, Ms. Foxx," the man in black robes said as I dusted off my clothes.
"Arsehole," I muttered to myself.
From the corner emerged Lockhart, a smile and a laugh adorning his face as he spotted me standing alone in the halls. Quickly, I walked away, hoping he wouldn't catch up.
"Calliope!" he exclaimed, out of breath, as he appeared next to her.
"Why must I be punished over and over," she muttered to herself.
"Yes, Lockhart, what can I do for you?" she said through gritted teeth. "Well, there's a Hogsmeade trip in about a week. I was wondering if you and I could grab a drink together," he said with a toothy grin as he ran his hand through his hair.
His question caught me very off guard, evident in my stuttered response. "I-e-m-," I managed as he nodded happily.
"Great, I'll meet you there at 8:00!" he said, kissing the top of my hand, leaving me looking as if I'd been smacked in the face. Before I could protest, he was gone.
"Why me?" I exclaimed dramatically as I made my way back to the library.
