Here I am again, writing this last minute in a rush when I should be sleeping. Otherwise, I did very well today, and I feel that I am getting behind on sleep so I'm just going to make this another few sentences max. I made my bed this morning, I ate well, I stayed in a good mood and danced at work while I cleaned (don't tell my boss). I even did a mile on the elliptical when I got home. I would feel better about that mile if I hadn't guilted myself into it from eating a few bites of sweets someone left at the table at work. I didn't listen to my book today, but on early shifts I have to work much faster to get work done on time and I feared I would not be able to concentrate on my book today during that time. I could have listened to it later in the day, but I chose to focus on getting in some exercise instead. That's all for the day so
