Madam Pomfrey insisted on keeping Harry in the Hospital Wing for the rest of the weekend. The morning following the game, the entire team planned on visiting him, to once again assure him that no one blamed him for not catching the Snitch, but first they needed to bring their Captain out of his depressive state.
After breakfast that morning, the team met up in the Common Room. Oliver did not turn up for breakfast which meant that instead of going directly from the Great Hall to the Hospital Wing they had to walk up all the stairs again. Something the twins, especially, did not find particularly fun.
"Are we sure he didn't drown himself in the showers yesterday?" Fred asked, sitting down on one of the couches.
"He did stay in there for a really long time," George said, sitting down beside his twin.
"He is probably just in his dormitory," Angelina rolled her eyes at the Weasleys. "Somebody should go up and check on him."
All three girls turned their attention towards the twins expectantly. At first, Fred and George didn't realise that all the attention turned to them. Then they looked at each other and back to the girls, "Us?"
"Yes," Rhea, Angelina and Katie said.
"Why us?" Fred whined, not really keen on the idea of being the one to drag a depressed Oliver Wood out of his bed.
"Because it's the boy's dormitory," Angelina reminded them. "We are not supposed to be in there."
"Like that ever stopped you before," George snorted, releasing a scream when she whacked a pillow into his face.
"We don't even know if he's up there!" Fred argued.
"Where else would he be?" Katie asked him.
"Maybe-"
"If you suggest that Oliver drowned himself in the shower one more time, I swear, Fred Gideon Weasley, that I will drown you in the Black Lake," Angelina threatened him and Fred visibly gulped.
"Oliver shares a dorm with Percy, right?" Rhea asked, spotting the bespectacled Weasley seated by a desk by the windows, writing letters. "Why don't you ask your brother if he's up there?"
"No thanks," Fred shook his head.
"I'll pass," George mimicked his twin.
Huffing in annoyance — while regretting that she didn't immediately join Ron and Hermione who already had gone down to the Hospital Wing — Rhea stood up and marched over to where Percy sat.
