Chapter 14: KITTENS!

Jai's POV

     I woke up on the couch and that Preston is the kitchen. I get up and go into the kitchen and see that he's making some pancakes. "Hey, handsome." I say walking up to him and wrapping my arms around him. He still smells amazing. He turns around and kiss me a kiss on the cheek. "Good morning, babe." He says. "I have to work today at 10 today. Do you work today?" I say. "Yeah, I work today. I work at 10, also." he says. "Awesome."

6:00 P.M.

     I get home and Preston isn't home yet so I bring my stuff into my bedroom and drop all of my stuff off in there and I smell something and I can hear a ton of meowing. KITTENS!!! THE KITTENS ARE HERE! THE KITTENS ARE HERE! I race into the bathroom to see 7 little kittens and Bookie all laying on a towel. They are so tiny and adorable. I hear Preston walk in the door, so I race out to go see him and I get to him and give him a hug and a kiss on the lips and say, "The kittens are hear!" He drops all of his stuff and we race to my bathroom and all of the cat are still laying there. "OH MY GOSH!! THEY ARE SO CUTE! AND TINY!" Preston says plopping himself on the floor to play with them. I sit right in his lap and give him a kiss. "I have to tell you something when Kristin gets home from shopping with her friend, Olivia." I say. "What's the question?" he asks me while rubbing his nose on my neck. "I can't tell you until Kristin gets home." I say to him rubbing his nose with my nose. "Fine." he says pouting. "Don't pout mister." I say shaking my finger at him. "I'll do what I want to do." he says sticking out his tongue at me. "You do that and you won't get any dessert." I say playfully scolding him.

Half an hour later

     I hear Kristin walk in the door from my bedroom. Preston and I have Fairy Tail on my T.V. in my bedroom while we have been playing with the kittens. Preston and I walk out of my room and into the living room where Kristin is holding all of the kittens. "OH MY GOSH!! THEY ARE THE MOST ADORABLE THINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!" she squealed. "What was the question, Jai?" Preston whined. "I was wondering if you and Kristin would like to keep one of the kittens?" I asked them. "YES!" They shouted in unison. "Well pick then!" I said.

     Preston picked a boy with White fur and blue eyes with gray paws. Kristin picked a grey girl one with green eyes. I picked one that looked exactly like Bookie. It is a black boy with a white tail and one white ear and blue eyes. Well at least I know that the dad is white or gray. I'm going to put an ad up for the other 3 kittens. 1 of the kittens had grey fur with 3 white paws and white freckles on her face. Another one of them was all black with green eyes. The last one was all white with green eyes and a black tail. They are all really cute, I just can't afford them all. I'm naming my new kitten, Bubba. Preston named his, Pip. And Kristin named her's, Jade.
