Chapter 16: Crying

At the mall; shopping

Jai's POV

     We had just gotten our nails done when I got a text from Sawyer saying that we can bring her home whenever. The house was ready for the proposal.

1 hour later

     We're on our way back home. Sawyer said that he is going to have her camera hiding out of plain sight but it could still see the proposal. We're walking up to the door of the apartment. Kristin opened the door and all you see is all of these red rose petals laying EVERYWHERE. "What's goi..." she started saying until she turned the corner to the kitchen where Sawyer was kneeling on one knee and holding out the ring. Preston, Kristin, and I were all in tears. "Kristin, you are the love of my life, the sunshine in my day and the air I breathe. I didn't know how I survived without you. So Kristin, will you marry me?" Sawyer said. "YES!" Kristin said in between sobs. Preston and I were standing in the backround hugging each other while crying. Kristin ran over to Sawyer who picked her up and spun her around. He set her down and he put the ring on her finger.

     Preston and I left so they could eat their romantic dinner together. We went house shopping. We are planning to buy a house together. We found a really nice one with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom as the second floor, bathroom attached to the master bedroom. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a kitchen, living room, laundry room, and bathroom. We really like it so we are planning on buying it.
