Luo Binghe woke up in his warm bed, completely confused—who had brought him home? There was no one in the dorm except—Shen Qingqiu.

Shen Qingqiu sat at the small desk by the window, a book in his hands and a slight frown on his face. The morning light filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow around him, making him look ethereal and calm.

Luo Binghe blinked, trying to piece together his memories from the night before. He remembered feeling dizzy and unsteady after the orientation party, but everything else was a blur. He sat up slowly, wincing at the slight headache that throbbed in his temples.

"Shizun?" Luo Binghe's voice was raspy, still thick with sleep.

Shen Qingqiu looked up from his book, his expression unreadable. "You're awake."

"How did I get back here?" Luo Binghe asked, confusion and curiosity mingling in his voice.

Shen Qingqiu closed his book and set it aside, standing up and walking over to the bed. "You were in no condition to make it back on your own. I brought you here."

Luo Binghe felt a rush of gratitude mixed with embarrassment. "Thank you, Shizun. I'm sorry for causing you trouble."

Shen Qingqiu waved a hand dismissively. "It's nothing. Just make sure you take better care of yourself next time." There was a hint of sternness in his voice, but also a trace of concern that didn't go unnoticed by Luo Binghe.

Luo Binghe nodded, feeling a warmth spread through his chest at Shen Qingqiu's words. "I will, Shizun. Thank you again."

Shen Qingqiu nodded and returned to his book, though his gaze lingered on Luo Binghe for a moment longer before he settled back into his chair. Luo Binghe lay back down, feeling more at ease knowing that Shen Qingqiu was there.

As he drifted back into a light doze, he couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and safety he hadn't felt in a long time.

Luo Binghe sat in a dark room, no one but himself sat there—or at least, that's what he thought. The room was eerily silent, the only sound being the soft creak of the old wooden floorboards as he shifted uneasily. The shadows seemed to stretch and twist, playing tricks on his eyes.

Suddenly, a cold voice broke the silence. "You've been quite the enigma, Luo Binghe."

Luo Binghe's heart skipped a beat. He turned toward the voice, but the darkness made it difficult to discern anything. "Who's there?" he demanded, trying to keep his voice steady.
