Chapter 5

Lower moon 3 and 4 are right in front of us. How can this happen? Why are they in the city of all places?

"Two demon slayers out in the city both would be tasty snacks to have as a treat right Wakuraba?" Lower moon 4 said to Lower moon 3.

Lower moon 4 had a feminine appearance and short white hair. She doesn't look younger than 15 but knowing she's a demon she might be a few decades old or less.

Lower moon 3 had a masculine appearance with scars on his face. He also didn't look younger than 15 as well.

"I think I will go after the young girl first she looks tastier!" Lower moon 4 said. Then all of the sudden her arm extended towards me. It had some type of red veins about to explode but luckily I slashed it in time before it popped.

"Fuck! This girls pretty good she managed to avoid my explosion to destruct. I will have fun with her." In a blink of an eye the demon lunged her entire body at me with her arm already regenerated and about to explode again but with both of her arms now.

(Quick Authors Note: so I decided not to give Kazumas breathing technique names because I'm too lazy to remember so now they are just numbers)

Snow Breathing 6th form

I managed to cut both of her arms this time which upset the demon.

"You fucker!" She said. I looked to the side to see Muichiro fighting lower moon 3. I then turned back and lower moon 4 tackled me down. Her hand squeezed my neck.

"I'll make sure you won't see the boyfriend of yours after I suffocate you to death you weakling. Why are you even alive?" I started to struggle breathing, "What if I just kill you now so I won't have to deal with you anymore." The demon used her sharp nails and sliced my neck deep enough to leave a scar but not to make me die, "You fucker." I said, I grabbed the arm choking me while I was struggling to breathe.

"You think you can make me let go of you? You're weak you can't even cut my head you scum!" I tightened my grip on her arm and ripped away her arm from the rest of her body. When she was stunned I kick her entire body off me which sent her flying yards up in the air.

"Who's the weakling now?" I started to smirk while holding the demons slowly disintegrating arm, "I can rip off more of you body parts if you want. Piece by piece." When the demon fell to the ground she started to tear up looking at me.

"No please give me another chance! I don't deserve this!" The demon yelled, "You didn't deserve this? Oh then I suppose you don't deserve a life if you're lying to me like that." I stomped on her chest slowly crushing her chest and ribs.

Snow breathing 3rd form

I sliced the demons head off and picked it up with her hair. I looked at the demon in the eyes and she was still crying, "I don't want to die..." she said, "Well too bad I guess. You were too weak of a demon anyway. I noticed it from a mile away. You aren't even a fully developed lower moon. Probably a week of being one I suppose. Even that other one doesn't look fully developed either."

I didn't have time to finish because her head already disintegrated before I could continue.

Demons are just evil beings looking for prey. They shouldn't be trusted.

I sheath my sword and wipe my hands clean. My neck was still bleeding heavily making me struggle to breathe again. I can't even use total concentration breathing.

I look to the side to see Muichiro already finished lower moon 3. My vision seems to start to blur. I look in the distance to see Kakushi? What is that in the distance?

"Her neck is injured get to her!" Who said that? Was that a kakushi?

I saw a group of people come to me with materials telling me stuff I can't hear.

I want to sleep...

-time skip-

I wake up in a room I recognize. I'm in the butterfly estate again. The door opens with Aoi coming in through it.

I was never taken care of by Aoi before but Shinobu one time told me she is a good doctor. Me and Aoi haven't talked a lot before but I would hear her talking to others. She always seemed like serious person when it comes to taking care of others.

"You're awake. You've been out for a week. You might still feel pain in your neck but it's normal. It means the medicine is working." She said. I didn't even notice the pain till now.

Wait where's the stuff I bought?

I look around the room then saw on another bed the gifts and stuff I bought. I sighed in relief and decided to get up and walk over to the bags and pick them up.

"Wait! You shouldn't be moving around yet!" She yelled, "I'm fine I don't need anymore help it can heal on its own." She then grabbed my wrist to stop me, "but if you leave now it will take longer to heal!" I snatch my wrist away from her and said, "don't worry I know how to take care of myself."

Back when I was younger I would my ointments for me and my brother whenever one of use was injured it would work effectively but it did hurt a lot.

I leave the room and close the door behind me. Was I too harsh? I don't always like people taking care of me whenever I needed to heal. The only person I would trust was Shinobu to take care of me.

I suddenly bump into someone on the way out, "Ow that hurt." I looked and saw Muichiro in front of me, "Tokito-San what are you doing here?" I asked.

"My crow told me to report to the Ubuyashiki Estate and to bring you along. It was apparently an important meeting I think." Muichiro said, "well then let's go we shouldn't be dilly dallying around when there is a meeting. Let's go." I grab Muichirou's wrist and we both leave the Butterfly mansion. I place the gifts and stuff somewhere in the mansion so I can get it later.

Taisho Era Secrets!:

-The kakushi that surrounded Kazuma thought she would die from blood loss but luckily she did lose a lot of blood and the bleeding stopped pretty fast.

-The reason Aoi didn't want Kazuma to leave was because she was really worried for her and wanted to take care of her so she can gain Kazuma's trust.

-Muichiro would check in on Kazuma from time to time to make sure she was okay and would have a habit of poking her cheek while she was unconscious.

-Around this time is when the first episode of Demon Slayer happens while Kazuma was unconscious.
