Chapter 10

Right after the Hashira Council I went back to estate. Shinobu insisted that I stay at her Mansion for a while because of my ribs but I didn't want to stay there. For reasons.

"Kazuma, I'm going to your mansion today." Muichiro said when we were exiting Masters Estate, "Okay, the cats are most likely awake by now because the sun is up so you can play with them in the room." I told him while walking to my Estate.

Both of our Estates are close to each other so we both visit each other often because they aren't far.

"I fed your cats while you were at your mission." He said to me, "Really? I ordered Kakushi to do that did you over feed them?" I told him, "No I just told the kakushi who came late to just leave. And also Himejima went inside your mansion to play with your cats after I left." I nod at him. I knew he was a cat person so it was normal when he came to my house.

When we got to my mansion and went inside we both heard lots of meows from the room. They might be hungry, "I'll be right back, I'm going to get their food." I told Muichiro. He nodded and entered the cat room while I went into the kitchen to get the cat's food. When I came back into the cat room I saw Muichiro laying on the floor with the cats surrounding his body.

I place the food bowls on the side and the cats went over there and left Muichiro's body, "I'm going to my room to treat my wounds from the mission. When the cats are done eating please put their bowls in the kitchen." I told Muichiro, he just nodded and continued laying on the floor.

I left the room again and went into my room. I took off my haori and placed it in the closet. I went to a drawer and took out a bandage roll and scissors. I slipped off the top part of my uniform with the only thing left covering me was tape around my chest.

I wrap the bandage around my body and then cut it off from the rest of the bandage. I put back on my top but not my haori. I then braided one part of my hair because I'm going to train soon and I don't want hair in my face. Mitsuri was the one who taught me how to braid when she one time saw me training and I had a lot of hair in my face and I was sweating.

I exited the room and went back to the cat room. Muichiro must have removed the bowls already because I can't see them, but he's still lying on the floor with the cats around him again.

I lie down next to him looking at the ceiling. The cats start to surround both me and him now, "Were you going to train?" He asked me. I turn my head to the side facing him. He also had his head turned to the side.

Was his eyes always that turquoise? I thought. I felt like I never really had a good look at him before. I turn my head back to the ceiling, "I was going to train soon but I just decided to stay here. I'm pretty tired from the last mission." Muichiro turned his head back up to the ceiling as well.

"Did the ring rip off yet?" Muichiro asked, "No. surprisingly." I raised my hand to my face to look at. The ring hasn't ripped off ever since Muichiro gave it to me surprisingly. Two whole years.

I might sleep for a while. The mission really drained my energy.

I close my eyes and fall asleep.

-Time skip-

I wake up with a blanket on top of my body and Luna, my cat, sleeping next to me as well.

I raise my body and look around the room. When I look down I see Muichiro asleep with some of the other cats around him also sleeping.

I take the blanket that was on me and cover Muichiro's body with it.

I walk out of the room and walk to my bed room. I should probably change the bandage because it loosened while I was asleep. Opening the same drawer where my bandage roll is I notice that there isn't enough to cover my body, that means I might have to go to the butterfly mansion to fetch more because that's where I usually get my medical supplies from.

Muichiro is still asleep though so I should probably put a note next to him if he wakes up and wonders where I am. I take out a piece of paper and right on it saying.

I'm going to the Butterfly Mansion to get some supplies. You can leave if you want, but if the cats are hungry then feed them.

That should be good enough.

I walk out of my room and go back to the cat room placing the paper next to Muichiro.

I stand up and right when I was about to leave the room someone starts to talk, "Where are you going?" I turn around and see Muichiro awake but his eyes are still closed.

"Just the Butterfly mansion." I tell him.

"I'm coming with you too then." Muichiro says back. He stands up and walks up to me, "Let's go." He says.

We both leave my estate and walk to the Butterfly Mansion.

I just realized by then that the boar man and that Tanjiro kid is there because Shinobu sent them there. I'm just going to be quick and leave as fast as possible.

"How has the ring been for you?" I asked Muichiro, "It's fine no damages." He says to me, "Can I see it?" I asked him. He nods and gives me his hand.

I look at the ring and no damage as he says. I notice something with his arm. I roll it up to see bruises and red marks on it.

"Have you been training to hard again Muichiro?" He avoids the question and just stares at his arm with emptiness in his eyes.

"Sigh, you have to stop over working yourself or else you might hurt yourself when fighting a demon." I unroll his sleeve and put his hand down.

This happened before when we were training with each other one time and we were taking breaks, Muichiro rolled his sleeve up and used my well to clean the wounds on his arm.

He really needs to stop over working himself.

Taisho Era Secrets!:

-Muichiro's favorite cat the Kazuma has is Muika. Muika was named by Mitsuri and it was Muichiro and Kazuma's name together. (She ships them)

-When Kazuma fell asleep Muichiro started to play with her hair for a while because he was bored.

-Even if Kazuma seems pretty mean at first she actually worries for people, for example with Muichiro's arm situation and even with Inosuke when she hurt him because he was already before.
