After repairing her relationship with Bakugo, Katsumi's mind settled down, just in time for finals. Finals would be given over 3 days, and that Friday would be practical exams. Katsumi spent all her free time studying, not so much worrying about her quirk. She's confident enough to know that she's going to pass the practical, no matter what type of exam it would be.

The first day of exams are upon Katsumi. It's on a Tuesday, to give the students one last chance to study. Nerves wrack her mind as she wakes up that morning, and slowly gets ready for school. She puts her uniform on, does her hair, and walks downstairs to the kitchen. There she spots Ochaco and Tsu eating breakfast. Katsumi grabs something quick to eat, and heads to sit with them.

"Good morning Kat. How did you sleep?" Tsu asks. Sleepiness coats her eyes, as well as Ochaco's. It seems they were up late studying too.

Katsumi lets out a sigh. "Not great. Nervous for the next couple of days." Katsumi takes a bit out of a muffin.

"So am I. I spent my entire free time studying. I hope it pays off." Ochaco looks just as nervous as Katsumi.

They continue talking about how well they think they will do. Katsumi knows she'll do fine on the other parts; it's just math she's worried about. Good thing today is Math and Science, so she'll get the hardest one out of the way first.

Katsumi looks around for Bakugo. She never did thank him for helping her study, even if it ended in disaster. Still, the tips he gave her will definitely help.

Bakugo comes walking downstairs, stopping in the kitchen. Katsumi excuses herself, and walks up to him. He side-eyes her and opens the fridge.

"I just wanted to thank you for helping me." Katsumi stands there awkwardly.

"Tch. Whatever." Bakugo closes the fridge and walks away. "Geez" Katsumi thinks. At least he knows she's thankful, not that he would even care.

Katsumi, Ochaco, and Tsu all walk together to class. Surprisingly Mr. Aizawa was already there, waiting for all his students to sit down.

"Today is Math and Science. Please take out your pencils and calculators. Testing will begin momentarily. Please remain silent." Mr. Aizawa says sleepily, and everyone knows he doesn't want to be there as much as the students.

The math portion ends, and Katsumi can finally relax. Thanks to the help from Bakugo, the math was easier than the Midterm exam. The proctor allows the students to head to lunch, so Katsumi stands up and stretches.

"How did you think you did, Ochaco?" Katsumi whispers as they walk out of the classroom.

"Eh. I think I did okay. What about you?"

"I think I definitely did better this time around." Katsumi lets out a deep breath, and silently thanks Bakugo again for his help.

The girls talk about questions they missed, and the ones they did good on as they walk to lunch. At the lunch table, Katsumi asks everyone else how they did on the test. Iida comes walking up, with that serious face he always wears.

"Students aren't allowed to discuss the test after it has been completed. As your class rep, I don't want the tests to be voided because of your actions." He walks away, satisfied with himself. Everyone rolls there eyes, and laugh. Although Iida was being completely serious, Katsumi can't help but laugh.

It's time to head back to class and continue testing. This same routine happens over the next two days. Finally, the written exams are over! Katsumi can relax, but not for too long, since the practical exams are the next day. During lunch, some students from class 2-A confessed that some upperclassmen revealed that the tests would include fighting those robots from the entrance exam. "Seems easy enough" Katsumi thinks. For her late entrance exam, she completed the same type of test, to make it fair.

The next day, class 1-A woke up early, and got ready for the exam. That night, the students talked about what could possibly be the upcoming practical exam. Excitement buzzes through the air. This is the time to show each other just how strong everyone has become. They train together, but this test is designed for each student to go full out, showing new skills, and proving themselves to their friends.

Previous years, the test is made up of multiple tasks, each year being a different number. Katsumi can't wait to show everyone just how strong she's gotten in just a short amount of time. She's still three months behind everyone else, but Katsumi is a quick learner, and she wants to prove herself.
