"That's Darrian shit, take it to home because he don't live here no more." Sia said allowing Rya and nudy in her house.

"You can't just kick him out like that, y'all go 50 50 on everything in here." Rya defended.

"Do it look like I give a fuck, I need to make room for my new man to come live here and this baby. Take him his shit before I burn it" Sia said causing Rya to roll her eyes.

Once she was done loading everything in the car, Rya closed the trunk and put the cart away. Right as she was about to get in the car, she felt someone tap her on the shoulder. "Lemme get yo number ma." The darkskin man asked, which cause Rya to immediately cringe.

"I have a boyfriend." She quickly told him, trying to end the conversation and fast as possible.

"Fuck him, he can't be shit if he letting you go grocery shopping by yourself. My name is jakari." He said stepping closer.

Rya backed up reaching in her purse, grabbing her keychain. "Back up. I don't want yo creepy ass." Rya told him pushing the man back.

"Bitch, fuck you putting yo hands on me fa? Word to my dead you finna get fucked up!" Jakari slightly yelled, grabbing rya's neck and slamming her against the car. "Ion even want yo ass no more." He said, hitting her in the face before letting her go and walking away.

"Just tell me what happened!" Dd slightly raised his voice in frustration. He was getting tired of her trying to avoid talking about her attitude all day.

"Ok fine, when I was leaving the store some darkskin nigga came up to me. He was asking for my number and when I told him no he grabbed me by my neck and pinned me against the car. He also hit me." Rya gave in, grabbing a makeup wipe to show Dd the bruise.

"He say his name?" Dd questioned huffing. He walked over to Rya to examine her face.

"Jakari." She spoke after a minute of silence.

Dd placed a soft kiss on her lips, "I'll be back, I love yo ma." He said pulling away and walking out the room.

Rya sighed, finishing her night routine. She got in bed and turned on a show for her to watch.

"Yo my heart, where did Dd go- what happened to ya face?" Ddot came in the room cutting himself off.

"Well I was at the store and some dude got made I rejected him, then he grabbed me buy my neck and hit me." Rya shrugged. "Dd when to go find his ass."

"Why you ain't say nothing earlier?" Ddot asked coming closer to her, getting a better look at her face.

"I didn't want to cause a scene." Rya frowned.

"Well, imma stay in here till Dd get back." Ddot said making himself comfortable on the edge of the bed.

Ddot was at the store picking up some last minute things for Dd and rya's baby shower and gender reveal which was today. He offered because it was the least he could do since they were letting him stay with them. All he had honestly get was some more balloons and some non-alcoholic drinks. As he was walking down the asile to grab a case of Pepsi he heard a familiar voice.
