after the song.

the group watched as the knights collapsed around them, breathing heavily they all celebrated, "yeah! good job guys!" carlos chest bummed with gil, none of them realising what we were doing.

they stopped for a second smiling at each other before they shivered and turned to our respected groups.

harry turned to look at the knights once again, noticing something in a shiny silver laying on the ground. walking over, he scoped it up with his hook, the chain dangling down in front of his eyes.

realising what it was, he quickly wrapped it around his neck, hiding it under his shirt before catching up with the group.

"we should try an icebreaker!" he heard the blue princess voice from a distance.

"harry! you have really great style. now you go." she smiled before being cut off by mal and making carlos stifle a laugh.

harry took a second to look at the boy. ripped sleeves. assuming evie made his outfit. damn, she really meant that huh?

carlos' pov.

the group split up, myself, jay, gil and harry are trying to find ben, assuming he's a beast, we're all abit terrified.

whilst gil and jay had they're random conversations, picking from a berry bush, i sat down to recollect my thoughts. i ran my hands through my hair and sat there for a solid 30 seconds.

what am i doing?

i reconnected to the group when i heard harry's voice, "PS, yer mutt when that way." he pointed as we quickly went after him.

"boy something stinks! and it wasn't me this time!" dude shouted before a growl was heard and a beast jumped out from behind a tree.

it lunged straight for my face before he ran straight into a nearby tree, growling, he went for harry next, the pirate shoving him over a fallen tree on the ground.

again, for harry, but jay pulled him back and the group stepped back as the beast started walking up a small hill behind a tree.

"you need some serious nose adjustments!" the grouped breathed heavily, harry instinctively pulling me behind him and jay.

"ben? did audrey do that?" i realised.

"huh! i thought i recognised those pants." jay having his own realisation moment as well.

"oh, he's got a boo-boo! that's why he's so cranky." gil said. ben was looking down at his paw, "you know my dad, said that his dad did not handle pain well, at all."

"you're good with animals, do something!" jay looked at me.

"but- okay, all right." i stumbled, "hey ben, it's me, carlos. all right?" i walked up to him slowly, he tried to swipe at me, "ben! ben! it's carlos! all right, you know me."

"you helped me once, remember? with dude? right? let me help you." i held both my hands out in front of me watching as ben contemplated before showing me his hand.

"all right, attaboy- uh- beast- king- sir- whatever." i carefully took his hand, "oh yeah, that's a big one. i'm gonna count all right? one.. two.. three!" i finished as i pulled a small stick out of his paw making him groan in pain before he was shot with water.

"jane?" i mumbled, walking down from the tree as jay helped a normal ben walk.

"oh that was funky." ben said, jay pointed out his beard and fangs making ben laugh even more.

"you need another blast." jane said before spraying him again.

"uh- please- stop." the water making no more of a difference.

"huh! it's enchanted lake water. i guess it can only do so much.." she shrugged.

harry took a second and realised how this jane girl was. if he remember correctly, this was the girl carlos had talked about on the isle with him, so he decided to stir the pot..

"well, well, well.. harry hook." he smirked, walked over, "and you my little duckling are.. ravishing."

i scoffed, "okay, ha. ravishing and uh, doesn't need your bullshit." i stepped infront, glaring at the pirate making jane hide a small smirk.

"hold on-" ben stood up, "who's side are they on?"

"they escaped and joined us! and mal has the ember which is our only hope to stop audrey. details to follow." jay said making ben very confused.

"hades' ember? has mal gone back to the isle? i thought because of-" he turned slightly toward harry and myself.

"i said details to follow, we're meeting up with mal, evie and uma."

"uma?!"

"details to follow!"

everyone moved along, harry hanging back with jay, "hey jay," clearing his throat, "thanks for saving me, gorgeous face." he laughed.

"you lucky i saved your ass, hook." jay scoffed.
