It was pretty embarrassing on Daphne's part.

One minute she was invisible running down the halls of the labyrinth and the next minute? She was back at Camp HalfBlood, with a straw shoved into her mouth and in a bed in the infirmary.

"Welcome back." Said a voice that she couldn't quite recognise, though she did remember the voice. It was deep and sultry, and whoever owned it was clearly amused by something.

Daphnes eyes fluttered open after a moment, immediately she let out a groan - her head pounding.

"Hey, Lee."

Lee leaned against the nearest wall, a sly smile playing across his lips as he watched the Daughter of Aphrodite stir.

His arms were folded across his chest as he quirked an eyebrow, silently amused by something. Despite his relaxed pose, there was an air of caution surrounding the Son of Apollo - ready to leap into action at a moments notice.

"What..." Daphne paused, rubbing her forehead, "happened?"

Lee pulled up a chair, sitting down and crossing one leg over the other, arms folded over his chest.

"Well, Annabeth said you had passed out just as you were in the labyrinth heading to where Hephaestus was?"

Daphne nodded, letting the son of Apollo know that she remembered that part.

Lee smiled softly, nodding as well.

"She said your pulse was weak and your skin was almost ice cold. She even said to a point it was hard to notice your breath." There was a slight pause as Lee looked at her with a curious look, studying her as she lay there. "She said she had to practically drag you out of the maze. When you arrived at camp we quickly got you in the infirmary."

"How long ago was this?" Asked Daphne, looking around the infirmary.

Considering the time out year, the infirmary was very quiet.

Lee looked over to the window and out to the outside. It was dark out.

"Mm, it was a few days ago. You've been out for days, Daph. I think your powers drained your energy." He replied as he looked back to her, still studying her. "How do you feel?"

"Like shit." Daphne admitted before the realisation of the situation sunk in. "Hold on. Did you say a few days? Is Valentina and Ellis back? Is Percy okay?

Lee's eyes widened a fraction and he slowly nodded, holding up a finger.

"Hold on.. hold on.. First things first. Percy is MIA, Ellis and Valentina are as well with Grover and Tyson, Annabeth is in her cabin with Theo, but you still need to rest." He explained quickly, standing up and walking over, his hand pressed against her forehead and checking her temperature.

Just at that moment, Travis walked into the infirmary and immediately headed over to Daphne's bed.

"Hey, Trav." Daphne greeted her half-brother, gently pushing away Lee's hand from her forehead.

Travis let out a breath of relief when he saw her. "Daphne, you had us worried y'know?" He said, a hand coming to rest on his hip.

Daphne gave Travis a grin then she looked at Lee. "Can you let Theo and Oliver know that I'm awake?" She asked, not wanting them to worry about her - especially if there was no word of Ellis' and Valentina's whereabouts.

She could guess what state the pair of them would be in.

Lee took a few seconds to think and then gave a nod. "Yeah, I'll go tell them you're awake." He smiled lightly as he stood up straight and walked out.
