Kana Hayashi gritted her teeth together as she stormed into her pent house, slamming the door shut behind her.
How dare he! How dare that creature belittle her so?! She was the head of the Hero Commission and this is how that thing treats her? A lowly principal from a stupid overrated hero school for moody teenagers.
Kana screamed and punched the wall before stumbling over to a cupboard filled with drinks she kept for special occasions such as this. She popped open a bottle and took a big gulp, slumping into her plush couch. She gripped the bottle until her hands turned white, seething as she dreamt of all the ways she could kill that rat.
"AHHHH!!" She screamed in irritation, flinging the nearly empty bottle at the wall, watching in satisfaction as it smashed to tiny pieces.
Kana let her face fall into her hands as she wept angry tears. That stupid rat had ruined all of her plans. He singlehandedly destroyed a program she had been working so hard on for years. It was nearly perfected, and with the kid as her newest addition it would have been perfect.
Before she knew it, Kana fell asleep on her couch, a scowl on her tear stained face.

"Hayashi Kana."
Kana groaned as she slowly awoke, gripping her head as it throbbed with pain. Great, a hangover.
"Hayashi Kana."
"What?!" She snapped, already extremely frustrated, that is until she realized that she was no longer in her pent house. No, she was in a very unfamiliar place. It was dark and cold; she could barely see anything. "Who's there? Where am I?"
"That is not important at this moment. Just know that I want to help you." The mysterious voice rumbled.
"Help me?" Kana scoffed. "Now, what on earth would I need help with? I'm the head of the Hero Commission. I don't need help from anyone."
"Are you sure about that?" The voice asked slyly, Kana swore he must have been smirking even though she couldn't see his face.
"Y-yes." She cursed herself under her breath for sounding so unsure.
"I'd say that incident with Nedzu and those pesky heroes would say otherwise."
Kana's head snapped up, suddenly very alert. "H-how do you know about that?"
"I know a lot about what happens in this city. I have eyes and ears everywhere." The voice said.
"What do you want from me? Why did you bring me here?"
"I brought you here to ask you a very important question."
"What question?" Kana asked suspiciously. What on earth could this man want?
"Do you want revenge?"
Kana raised her eyebrows in surprise. She hadn't been expecting a question like that.
"Well of course I do! I want to kill that rat!" She growled.
She was almost sure the man was smiling.
"Good, good. I can help you with that, if you help me." The man said, finally revealing himself.
Kana's eyes widened and she gasped as she realized who she was talking to.
"So, Hayashi Kana." The man grinned. "Do we have a deal?"
