Keigo hummed a tune as he walked to the meeting place. Over the past two weeks he met up with Izuku as often as he could and took him to the cafe. Sometimes he took him to the park, and the mall, but they usually ended up at the cafe. A few minutes passed, and he was now leaning against a brick wall waiting for Izuku to show up. Ten more minutes pass and Izuku still doesn't show up. At this point Keigo is very concerned. It was 4:30 p.m. now and Izuku usually showed up promptly at 4:15. All of sudden he heard a scream nearby that sounded an awful like his little bird.

Keigo jumped up and ran towards the scream. His heart was pounding and all the worst case scenarios raced through his mind. They all came to a halt as he turned the corner into an alley and saw a man place his hand on Izuku's shoulder. At that moment he saw red. Who dared to harm his little brother? He ran at the man with a roar and tackled him away from Izuku.

"Don't touch him you creep!" Keigo screamed, raising his fist to punch the living daylights of the guy. But before he could, he felt a small hand grab his own.

"Please stop, Keigo! He didn't do anything wrong! He saved me!"

Keigo let the fire die from his eyes as he looked up at his little bird. He had tears streaming down his cheeks and there were scorch marks in his arms. Keigo gently grabbed his arms and growled.

"Who did this to you?"

Izuku ripped his arms away and stared at the ground. "N-no one..."

"Please don't lie to me, little bird." Keigo pleaded. "It wasn't him, was it?" Keigo hissed, pointing at the man behind him, who was now standing up and brushing the dirt off his clothes.

"No, no!" Izuku shook his head vigorously. "He helped me! He saved me from the person who did this."

Keigo turned to look at the man. "Who are you?"

"Dabi." The man responded.

Keigo didn't miss the way Izuku snapped his face around to look at the man in confusion.

"That's it? No surname?" Keigo asked curiously.

"Nope."

"Huh, interesting. You seem pretty shady. I don't want to be around my brother." Keigo hissed, pulled Izuku towards him. "Thanks for helping him, but kindly don't go near him again."

"But Keigo!" Izuku whined, looking up at him with puppy dog eyes. "He's nice, and he saved me! Can he come to the cafe with us?"

"What about, I don't want him hanging around you, do you not understand?" Keigo asked seriously.

"But Keigo..." Izuku pleaded, "I really want him to come with us."

"No."

"But Keigo..." Izuku sweetly blinked his emerald eyes. "It would mean a lot to me."

Keigo heart stuttered at the adorable sight. Because, really, who could say no to that face?

"I..." Keigo's head dropped in defeat. "Fine. He can come."

"Yay!" Izuku ran into his arms, hugging him tight. "Thank you, thank you!"

"But you," Keigo glared at the man who dubbed himself Dabi, "must behave yourself."

"How old do you think I am? Five?" Dabi scoffed, rolling his eyes.

"Come on, come on! Let's go!"

Keigo watched in horror as Izuku grabbed Dabi's hand and then his own, pushing them close to each other.

"Let's go!" Izuku exclaimed excitedly, dragging them towards the cafe.

Keigo glared at Dabi the whole way, and what annoyed him the most was the fact that Dabi acted like he didn't have a care in the world.

"So," Dabi started, "who do you think is cooler, Izu?"

"Izu?" Keigo gritted out, "what gives you the right to call him that! You barely know him!"

"It's fine, Keigo!" Izuku grinned at them. "I told him it was okay."

Dabi smirked at Keigo, who was now seething with rage.

"So, Izu, as I was saying who do you think is cooler?"

"I am, of course." Keigo snapped, his eyes ablaze with anger.

"Better calm down there, feathers, anger doesn't look good on you." Dabi replied with a smirk.

"Why you--"

"We're here!" Izuku let go of their hands as he went to open the door. "And to answer your question Dabi, I think you're both equally cool!"

Keigo grumbled as Dabi laughed.

"Looks like you have some competition on your hands, huh feathers?"

"Shut up." Keigo mumbled, pushing past him.

"Oh, hello Takami! Back again I see, and you have a new friend with you." Himari smiled sweetly at the new customer.

"He's not a friend." Keigo grumbled, crossing his arms as he sat down at their regular booth.

"He's my friend, Himari." Izuku piped up, a smile on his freckled face. "He saved me from some mean kids earlier."

"Oh, well that was very sweet of him!" Himari grinned at Dabi. "I'll be back in a little bit to take your orders. Make yourself comfortable."

After Himari left, Dabi took a seat next to Izuku. Keigo hissed in annoyance.

"What do you think you're doing."

"What do you mean?" Dabi asked smugly.

"I told you I don't want you anywhere near my brother." Keigo explained through gritted teeth. Who did this guy think he was?

"Oh yeah..." Dabi leaned back in his seat. "I must've forgotten, and besides Izu doesn't seem to mind. Right, Izu?"

Izuku shook his head and smiled. "Nuh, uh. I don't mind at all."

"Well I'm his big brother. I get a say in this, and I don't like the idea of you being around him. You're a bad influence." Keigo fired back.

"Are you really though?" Dabi asked. "You don't look alike, and besides I think you're just jealous."

"What?! Am not!" Keigo nearly yelled in frustration. He really hated this guy. "And sure, maybe he's not my brother by blood, but that doesn't matter at all to us."

"Hmm..." Dabi scratched his chin thoughtfully. "Well then, I guess going by your logic, I can be his big brother too, right?"

"No!" Keigo sputtered. "No, no, no."

"But why not?"

Keigo stopped his tirade at the soft sound of his little bird's voice.

"I wouldn't mind having two big brothers. It would be nice." Izuku said thoughtfully. "And besides, I really like Dabi, he's nice."

"But...little bird, what about me?" Keigo felt hurt now, and glared at Dabi. He was stealing his little brother away. That would just not do.

"Oh, I love you too, Keigo! But can't I love Dabi the same? Some kid's have a lot of siblings and love them all equally. I'm sure I can too." Izuku explained.

"Well I for one love that idea." Dabi spoke up. "It'd be a pleasure to be Izu's older brother."

"But, but..." Keigo trailed off, his mind still processing. What right did this guy have to waltz into his and Izuku's life and steal his affection like this.

"Please Keigo?" Izuku pleaded. "It'd be so much fun to have two big brothers to look out for me!"

Keigo once again couldn't bring himself to say no.

"I..." Keigo really wished he had a brick wall to slam his head into. "Fine."

"Yay!" Izuku exclaimed excitedly, hugging Dabi.

"I guess this makes us brothers as well, huh feathers?" Dabi said smugly.

Keigo felt a strong urge to bang his head into the table. Because at that moment he knew, he had made a huge mistake.
