No, nukes will not be involved in this chapter, I just didn't have an image. Next time this same header image appears though, nukes will be in the chapter.

<7:12 AM>

Adler opened his eyes after going into slumber. The environment he was in was different from where he fell asleep. He wasn't on a table anymore, but on a bed. He didn't remember bringing himself to bed so he was quite confused and disoriented. He woke up to see Augusta sitting on a chair beside the bed.

Augusta: “Good morning, Kommandant”
                Adler: “What’re you doing here, Augusta?”
Augusta: “Waking you up, Raeder will arrive in around 5 hours, so you better be ready”
                Adler: “That early?..”
Augusta: “Yes, I suggest you start preparing, Kommandant”

Augusta exited the room, leaving Adler alone.

<11:43 AM>

Adler was making preparations for Grand Admiral Erich Raeder's arrival, and things were going smoothly. The preparations were nearly done. While Adler was waiting on the docks for the Admiral to arrive, Unicorn approached him.

Unicorn: “Adelheid, are you sure I'm fine with appearing in front of the Admiral?”
               Adler: “Your presence is probably already known by him, and about that, where are you keeping Javelin and Laffey?”
Unicorn: “In some random quarters below deck”
               Adler: “I suppose that's good enough. He'll arrive in around 17 minutes for now, so if you want to wait with me, it's fine”
Unicorn: “Alright then, I will”

Unicorn sat beside Adler, having conversations while waiting.

<12:05 PM>

The Grand Admiral's ship had just docked in port, and Adler was waiting for the man himself with Unicorn by his side. The Admiral soon got off the ship, being greeted by several shipgirls and dock workers before getting greeted by Adler.

Adler: “Good afternoon, Admiral”
           Adm. Raeder: “Good afternoon to you too. By your attire, I’m guessing you’re the acting commander?”
Adler: “Yes, I’ve been entrusted this position by Bismarck and Friedrich after they went on a mission. I hope you don’t mind a kid like me being the commander”
            Adm. Raeder: “It all depends if you’re competent enough, and it seem you are. So I’m fine with it”
Adler: “Thank you, Admiral”
           Adm. Raeder: “And I believe the one next to you is Keil, Kommandant?”
Unicorn: “Yes, my name is KMS Kiel, Admiral”
               Adm. Raeder: “Very well then, I’ll be inspecting your ship later. I’ve heard it’s a great ship. So Kommandant, I’ve heard there’s another new ship that arrived?”
Adler: “Yes, she’s the one behind me”

Adler moved out of the way and the Admiral could see Augusta walking towards them before greeting him.

Augusta: “Good afternoon, Admiral. As the Kommandant said, I’m the new ship. My name is KMS Augusta Victoria, you can call me Augusta”
               Adm. Raeder: “It’s nice to meet you then, Augusta. I will also be inspecting your ship after Kiel. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to… look around”
Adler: “Understood, Admiral”

He saluted and everybody else did the same. The Admiral inspected the state of the whole base, it took him one hour before he finally finished and was going to proceed with an inspection of Unicorn's ship. He stood in front of a ramp that bridged the dockyard to the main entrance of the carrier. He walked on the ramp and into Unicorn's ship, which lead to some hallways that continued on to the hangars, where all the planes laid. But something was different than usual, and that was the presence of Jet planes. Only propeller planes were in the hangar, and once they checked on the deck, it was the same, no jet planes. This was done by Adler in an effort to hide the presence of such advanced jet engines from the Admiral. So, the Admiral continued inspecting the ship, heading to the island superstructure. He looked around the ship, seemingly impressed by the build quality and technological modernity on the ship. As he looked out of the bridge of the ship, he commented on it’s greatness.
