"Friends stay when you want them to,

Best friends stay even when you don't want them to."

Third person POV

Me and Max were roaming in the corridor. It was the last period. Who attends the last period anyway? But Max being Max asked me to hurry up to the class—he is such a nerd. I don't even know how he and I became friends.

Anyways. We arrived 10-15 minutes late.

"Mr. Blake and Mr. Miller you both are late" The old teacher sneered at us.

Like yeah, old woman we know. That was the whole plan.

"Take your seats quickly, without disturbing the class." If looks could kill, I would now be 6 feet under the ground.

We found a seat. Right behind Annie. Gosh she looks so beautiful even from behind. I could stare at her hair all day without blinking.

"Mr. Miller, if you are done fooling around, please have a seat" This woman has a problem with me for sure.

"Brooo, you finally got a seat behind your girl! When's the party??" Max teased me.

I gave him a "stfu" look. And he just chuckled it off.

That's when Annie turned around and looked at us. Maybe max chuckled too loud.

Damn those eyes. She gave Max a glare and that was more than enough to shut him up. I just continued staring at her. She gave me a glance and then just turned back. I was still staring at her.

Our teacher's call got me out of the trance - "Mr. Miller! Answer this question on the board."

"What is the value of sin30/cos30? well uhh it is tan30" Please lord be with me.

Annie turns around again, she looks at me! Wait, was my answer wrong? I hope not.

Oh wait! Why is the whole class staring at me?

"That's correct" The teacher breathed.

"Bro! how did you know the answer?" Max asked me.

"Of Course I knew it, I study okay?" I defended myself.

Max just gave me a "Seriously?" look and we continued with the class.

What? I know I have the bad boy reputation but I know Math okay?
