Chapter 1: Everything has a beginning

Book's POV:

After Nickel's elimination i wasn't sure if I could trust Pillow or not... I will keep my eyes on her for sure... She is a big member of my team so we need to get along with her. Two already started preparing another competition. I wasn't interested at all. I was wondering how long our team would survive until we all get eliminated. What if Nickel was right? Maybe Pillow is just a psychopath! Ok no i over reacting... There is no way she is... Right? She is just doing her research and all... What even she researching for? What if-

"You guys shouldn't be fighting... You guys are friends! Remember?"
Two said with a kinda disappointing voice

That snapped me out of my thoughts. Everyone was fighting. I didn't even know about that before Two mentioned it.

"So today's competition is that i put one of your team members into sleep and they will have nightmares! And i teleport the other team members into their head and you guys need to wake them up!"
Two seemed really excited for it for some reason

Nightmare? I haven't got one for a long time now... Really long time... I really don't want to be the one who has the nightmare, but on my team is only Me, Pillow, Bomby and Price tag. So there is 25% i will be the one who will get the nightmare. That sent chills down my spine. Having nightmare after so long plus with my teammates in it? That sounds horrible!

"Anyways 3 2 1!"
Two snap his finger

Suddenly we all got teleported into... MY NIGHTMARE! OH GOSH NO!

"Hmmm i see no signs of Book. This must be her nightmare!"
I heard Pillow says

"GUYS! DO YOU HEAR ME? PLEASE! SOMEBODY ANSWER! I'M HERE IN THIS STUPID JAW BREAKER!"

I tried to scream, yell, screech, everything. It looks like they don't hear me but i hear them. But I didn't give up.
I started pushing the jaw breaker with hope that they will notice.

After a few minutes what felt like hours. Nothing. I could just listen to Pillow telling others a plan to find me. Are they that stupid? There couldn't be that many things around the area so they couldn't see the jaw breaker moving.

I kept listening to what they were saying but at the same time i was still trying to push the jaw breaker and hope they will notice. I'm not giving up that easily! This isn't the end yet!

After a few hours they still didn't notice. I started to weaken from the pushing so I sat down to rest and started listening to what they were saying.

Bomby was really bored and irritated by not finding me still
"Couldn't we just give up? There is no point anyways! We probably lost already!"

Price tag sigh
"We need to keep trying! Book is our friend, remember? We can't just give up! Plus Two would get us out if we took too long..."

"GOSH! IT'S BEEN HOURS! ALL WE DO IS TRYING TO FIND HER! SHE IS GONE! LET'S JUST FORGET ABOUT HER! Nobody likes her anyways"
Bomby mumbles the last part but i heard it very clearly.

I gasped. How could Bomby say that! That's not true! People like me... I started to panic.

What if they never find me? What if i will be stuck here for ever? There has to be a way to get out of here!

Then i suddenly remembered.

I'm a dictionary book! I have so many words in me... I learned that i can actually grab an item from me! Just need to find the page where is the word with the item i want and i just touch it and boom! I have it!

It's weird that it works only on me, but i don't complain. I didn't tell anyone about it either.

I opened myself and searched "scissors" i touched the word and the scissors came out. I close myself and pick up the
scissors.

I started hitting the jaw breaker from inside and trying to break free or at least make them hear me. As I continued to dig there wasn't even a scratch. What? How is that possible? I started digging faster and harder as i panicked until the scissors broke.

"NO! I NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!"

I started breathing faster and faster as I panicked.

I opened myself and got another item. Shovel.

I grabbed it and started digging, but nothing. I tried harder, but it ended up like the scissors. Broken.

I started panicking even more.

"PLEASE SOMEONE! I'M HERE! I CAN'T BE HERE ANY LONGER!"

I grabbed the microphone and speaker. Then i put it on max volume and yelled.

"GUYS I'M INSIDE THIS JAW BREAKER! PLEASE! GET ME OUT OF HERE! NOW! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!"

No one answered me. That meant only one thing. THEY STILL DIDN'T HEARD ME!

i couldn't take it anymore and throw the speaker.

"They will never find me... I will be here forever... Ha... Forever..."

I started laughing like a psychopath

"HAHAHA! I GONNA BE HERE FOREVER? WELL THAT TOO BAD! I GONNA SHOW THEM! THEY SUPPOSED TO SAFE ME! BUT NO! THEY DIDN'T! HA... HA... HAHAHAHA!"

I went crazy...

I opened myself and touched the word with the name "super ultra hyper strength" i knew the strength would be only for a few seconds but i didn't care. The few seconds is long enough to get me out of this jaw breaker.

I punched the jaw breaker to get free and it worked. I laughed and jumped out.

"Book? Omg! Is that you? We finally found you!"
Price tag was really shocked to see me but I didn't care

I opened myself, touched the word "knife" and grabbed it

"Umm Book? Where did you get the knife?"
Pillow asked with little bit of fear in her voice

"Does it matter dear Pillow? YOU GUYS LEFT ME THERE FOR 6 HOURS STRAIGHT! YOU GUYS SUPPOSED TO HELP ME OUT! BUT NO! YOU GUYS LEFT ME! HA... HA... HA... HAHAHA! It's revenge time~"

I smiled creepily and swing my knife on Pillow.

The next thing i saw was Pillow screaming in pain as half of her face was cut off and making her blind on the one eye.

I just laughed. I went totally crazy.

"PILLOW OH GOSH! WHAT THE FUCK BOOK?! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?! YOU'RE TOTALLY INSANE"
Bomby started yelling

"U guys deserve it... This is not last time we see each others... Everything has a beginning"

I opened myself and touched word "teleport" and telepoted away.
