MK had announced a meeting to be held urgently the very next day.

"I get it, bud," Monkey King started, "You want to save your mom. I'm all for it. But..."

"Why does MY house need to be where we're holding the team meeting?!"

Wukong crossed his arms, holding his daughter with his tail when noticing her trying to jump down a table, "Really? No one's paying respect to how I cleaned my living room!"

MK chuckled nervously, "Sorry! I was in a rush trying to get everyone here...!"

"Not like you'd actually clean up, to be honest," Macaque said, leaning against the nearest wall.

The Monkey King glared momentarily at him before sighing, "Urgh. Fine. I'll forgive you. Just don't break anything."

"Thank you!" MK smiled in relief.

Mei scrolled through her phone, she took a few photos of Yang who posed with her, "Girl! You are already slaying! The whole group loves you already!" The black and green-haired woman giggled, showing Yang's positive comments.

The baby squealed smiling at the success, "I'll come over next week for our next photoshoot!" Mei smiled before whistling innocently when Yang's father arched an eyebrow at her plotting.

Pigsy and Tang sat on the couch of the living room, "So, MK, why call all of us to be here?" Tang asked making Pigsy agree, "Yeah, son. What's up? You seem more rushed than usual."

The Monkie Kid sighed, "R-Right...I never really explained the plan to any of you...hehe..." he chuckled, scratching the back of his head.

"Well. We all know of my mother's..." he took in a breath before he continued, "Of Ma's passing..."

Everyone looked down at the mention of the late Goddess of Balance. Wukong averted his gaze towards a portrait that had him and his family—consisting of his wife, MK, Yang, and himself at the beach near the mountain to have some fun.

MK let out a breath, "But we're not about to give up!" He said in determination, "Because I found a way to get Ma back!"

"WHAT?!"

Everyone surrounded MK in question and disbelief, "How?!"

Macaque cleared his throat, making the group stare at him, "Uh, I was the one who did the real work. I found out the information."

The young hero made a poker face, "Oh yeah... Whoops! Anyways. Macaque will explain what he found!"

The Shadow monkey blinked in uncertainty, but sighed, knowing that MK would plead to him to help him, "Alright. I went through the Celestial World and other places. But found no luck, so I went to Lotus' nation. And found out that there was a seal that could summon back the Goddess of Balance if she were lost or trapped."

"Do we know if it's safe first of all?" Sandy raised his hand.

Macaque shook his head, "Not sure. But since I heard it's a forbidden seal. I'm sure it's risky."

"I'm in!" Mei stood up, "Mei..." Tang was surprised she'd agree so fast.

The dragon girl looked at a picture that had her and the goddess in, "Mumsy had always protected us, even before we knew of her existence. It's time to pay her back by bringing her back," she smiled towards her childhood friend.
