"GO!"  I screamed. The man had a firm grip on me and Alexa but Quinn and the rest were free to go. "RUN! GET OU-" "Not so loud boy. You wouldn't want to wake the whole town would ya?" The man asked, clamping his hand over my mouth. The others were too busy to hear my pleas. I realized Alexa was abnormally quiet. I looked over at her and saw her inching her way to a pipe on the ground. The man took no notice of her. I decided to buy her time by taunting the man. But that would sorta be a problem since his hand was on my mouth. "Mrmph mmmph mmmrrrmph!" I said. He just stared at me. "It's hopeless kid. Don't bother." "Mrmph Mmmrpph Mmmrrrmph!" I repeated. "What don't ya get, don't waste your breath." "MRMPH MMMRPPH MMMRRRMPH!" "You must really be stupid if you think I'm gonna-" Fortunately, I had bought enough time for Alexa to grab the pipe and hit him square in the head. "Thanks. What exactly were you trying to say?" Alexa said. "Well I was going for-" "- Forget it. Knowing you, it was probably something dorky like 'Your mom is a poopy face'." "How did you know?" I replied gaining a laugh out of her. "Lets go check on the others before you embarrass yourself even more." she said. "Not so fast little lady. I got you know!" "Oh Really?" came a reply quickly followed by a quick tap on the shoulder. "Who?" the man said before getting abruptly punched in the face, loosing his balance and hitting his head against the edge of a wall. "Ouch. That's gonna leave a mark." "QUINN! YOUR OK!" Alexa said a little too enthusiastically. "We're all ok too, in case you were wondering." Olivia said. I couldn't resist giving her a hug. After a few seconds I quickly pulled away. "Sorry, I just um I mean I was um" "Relax bird brain, and I'm surprised you manned up and did that. Congratulations on surviving that by the way. Talking, or should I say not talking to that man was really brave. But I must say, Abby was the star of that scene when she bonked the guy on the head." She said, making a whacking gesture. "But what you did still took courage and I admire that in a guy." I felt my cheeks blushing. "Wrap it up will you, this isn't some sob session. They aren't dead. Big deal. We gotta keep moving." "Hey, don't ruin this moment. Although you already did with your breath. Because honestly the only way to describe it would be P to the U. And if you didn't understand that, I'm implying that you have bad breath." Alexa laughed while everyone just stood there in awe of the shade that was just thrown down. "Now that that is settled, we should probably get a move on considering the fact that we just got attacked. Any objections? " Drake was about to speak but Quinn quickly continued. "No? Okay then. Onward it is." And so we traveled once more.
