"You will go out or you just came to watch the office from outside?"

I turn to glare at my brother who huffed in response.

"Seriously Nandu, I am getting late..."

"Fine, fine I am leaving. I don't know why I even asked you to drop me. Should have asked Appa..."

"Yeah so you could have watched the view with him?"

He chuckled making me swat his hand hard.

"Aiyappa, you are so violent. I am your big brother for goodness sake..."

I stuck my tongue out at him making him shake his head at my childishness. I quickly get off the car and Manyu drove off immediately after that. Wow such a loving brother he is. Couldn't wait to get rid of me.

I looked back at my former office and all the good times I have had spent here came rushing back. Most of which includes my boss. Again Nandu, you are doing it again. You have to forget him, wipe his existence out of your life, and this will not help. So shut your heart out for some time please.

"Okayy here goes nothing..."

I shook my head and made my way inside. Need to talk to Raj uncle, will give him the resignation and leave. Yeah that's it. Only this much you have to do. It's an easy task you can do it.

"Good morning Ms. Moorthy..."

"Hey Nandini.."

"Hello Moorthy..."

I smiled at all the greetings on my way. I feel bad for leaving all of this behind. I really enjoyed working here. Honestly the environment of this company was so good and so is the staff. I will miss this place so much.

I came out of the lift coming face to face with Shivangi.

"Oh thank God you are here, how have you been?"

"I am good Shivangi, what about you?"

"I am great as usual, but your disappearance made me worried, all good right?"

"Yeah of course. Is Raj sir inside?"

"Yeah he is there, go meet him, I will catch you later..."

"Sure..."

I knocked the door of his cabin and when he replied, I went in...

"Nandini dear, finally you are out of your room. Got over with the death of that character I guess..."

I smiled sheepishly at him. Appa told him too.. Jeez, parents never fail to embarrass you.

"Come sit..."

I took a seat fiddling with my fingers nervously.

"How are you uncle?"

"I am good, but a little tired... guess in need of a vacation..."

"Then you should plan something...."

"Was talking to your Appa about the same let's see..."

"Wow a boy trip.. That would be awesome. He needs it too believe me..."

He started talking about his plan and my nervousness grew. He gave me a job here, and now I have to tell him that I am quitting just like that without any prior notice, that is so unprofessional of me...

"Okay forget about all this. You tell me what brought you here? Anything you need?"

He asked with that warm and welcoming smile of his, and I felt a little courageous at that.
