First Matches (Extra)

As the questioning finished, Officer Jenny manage to arrest the three trainers. By what Ash said, the three of them has been found guilty of not only pokemon cruelty, for both Damian and Shamus got charged for an attempt for murder while the third one got a different charges. The third guy found Guilty for illegally entered the area zero which only granted access by the champion Geeta and the principal.

Later on, the principal thanked Ash, Alain, and Kai for capturing the illegal trespasser and want to give them gifts for the three of them.

"I don't need one actually, i'm just doing what i have to do."

"I'm the same just like Kai, no need for a gift." Alain think the same just like Kai.

"Honestly, i am quite touched to see this generation of pokemon trainer are humble." The principal pleased with it, "What about you World Monarch, what do you want?"

"Just call me Ash, Principal Clavel. As for what i want... i don't have anything about it, but..." Ash turn to see the Iron Valiant that's looking down in sadness, "Can i have that Iron Valiant? It looked sad because it lost against me and my greninja earlier."

The principal giving Ash a smile, "Normally, i would not allowed to give pokemon from the Area Zero that easily but consider of what you have done, i think it would be good in your hands."

"Really?! Thanks!"

Ash then pulled out a pokeball and gave it to Liko, "Liko, can you hold Scorbunny's pokeball for me? I don't have room for my team left."

"Okay Ash."

Ash walked at Iron Valiant and stopped in front of it as Iron Valiant looked at Ash.

"Iron Valiant, you really are strong back then. If both me and Greninja didn't get serious at all when facing you, we will lost the battle."

"Did you... Really mean that?"

"I sure do!" Ash grinned, "I know that you don't have somewhere to go but do you wanna join my team? We will be facing a Pokemon World Championship and would like to have you in the team."

Iron valiant stare at Ash for a moment, it manage to see the contrast difference between his previous trainer. Ash has a warm pressence while his former trainer only has dark and bad pressence around it, and there isn't any lie coming out from Ash and so finally...

Iron Valiant has made his Decision

"Sounds fun! I made my decision." Iron Valiant stands up with blade on both its hand, "I will join your team and will swore on my sword will be battling beside you."

Ash and Pikachu beamed with his response.

"Alright then, Go Pokeball!"

Ash throw the pokeball at Iron Valiant as Iron Valiant went inside the pokeball, followed with the pokeball move three times until a star pop out on top of the pokeball.

Ash Rotom phone then said, "Iron Valiant has been caught, adding data to the pokedex."

Ash picking up the pokeball, "Welcome to the team, Iron Valiant."

Now that the ordeal has been settled, the principal told them, "Now that this issue has been solved, i will go to do some work i need to finished, see you." The principal turn off the call.

"Alright, i think its time we go now Alain."

"See you later! Liko! Professor Friede! Ash! Kai!" Mairin say the goodbye first with her waving her hands.

"See you, Ash! I'll be waiting in the finals."

"See you later, Alain!"

The group saw Sycamore, Alain, and Mairin leaving away.

"Ash, Liko, let's go back to the ship."

"Okay!"

Ash, Friede, and Liko started to go back to the airship-

"Hold on."

Only Kai voice stop them.

Ash, Liko, and Friede turns towards Kai who keep looking at the Sunset as Ash ask, "What is it, Kai?"

Kai took a deep breath before he said it loud and clear, "I am Giovani son."

Ash, Liko, Friede, and their pokemon who is out of the ball widened their eyes.

Ash know what that mean, "Then.... when you heard your dad-"

"Dead? Don't worry, i never love him as a family or as a father." Kai reassure Ash, "And i'm not here to do a revenge against you, just me making sure you be careful in the future."

"Ummm Kai-san, what do you mean?" Liko decide to Ask.

"You know what i mean, Liko, and both of you too Ash, Professor, the Explorer team that tried to take something from you but i don't know what it is." 

It's obvious that Kai talked about the pendant but they respected Kai to not look further on what is it that the Explorer team tried to take.

"You already heard about almost all team rocket member, including my father who is the boss got killed by the explorer group leader." Kai looked to the back just by using his head, "I want you to take this seriously or worse everyone you really care might going to die by that person's wrath, do you understand, Ash?"

Ash nodded, "I understand, i will also protect every member of the Rising Volteckers along with my friends and families wherever they are, especially Liko, i will protect her with all my might."

A wind flow by gently as Liko eyes shines in admiration and a little blush can be seen on her cheek, "Ash..."

Kai smile and nodded, "Thank you for taking this serious." Kai then looked to the front and walk away towards the sunset, "I won't coming with you and the Rising Volteckers for now because i am a wandering ranger, that currently exploring Paldea, but i will help you instantly when we met again."

Kai raised his left hand and give a wave with the palm facing backwards, "See you later."

The group watched Kai leaving the group before Ash finally said, "See you later, Kai."

Ash and Friede let out their Charizard as they mount their own Charizard with Liko sat behind Ash and fly towards their airship.

Later that night, Ash and Liko had a hard time to sleep with different reason.

Ash cannot sleep because Kai's words ringing in his head for a threat that's coming at them while Liko cannot sleep because she still embarrassed and still able to remembered Ash words that said he will protect Liko with all his might.
