Scorbunny First match and The Oliva Forest (Part 1)

"Pikachu, i choose you!"

"Pika!"

Today Liko, Roy, Ash, and Mollie originally going to the forest where Brassius saw Rayquaza with Nemona guiding their way. 

Although that's the original plan, Apparently there is a divergence as a challenger from the World Championship coincidentally shows up. Now Liko, Roy, and Mollie sat on the side, watching the battle between Ash and another participant.

Ash choose Pikachu to battle while the participant named Ray choose Granbull

"Ice fang!"

Ray's Granbull tooth become icier and charge towards Pikachu.

"Pikachu! Use Iron tail!"

"PIIIKAA!"

Pikachu tail glows with steel energy gathered and jump towards Granbull. Pikachu did a twist spin in the air as he dodge the crunch from the Granbull's Ice fang and then did a spin that able to hit Granbull on the back of its head which knocked Granbull on the ground.

"Granbull!"

"Yosh! Ash got the first hit!" Roy cheered

"Go, Ash! Pikachu!"

"Nyaoo-Ha!"

"Pikachu, let's finish this quickly! Use thunderbolt!"

Wasting no time, Pikachu jumped and gather electricity before he shoot it towards Granbull.

"Block it with Focus Blast!"

Granbull charge a Focus blast from its mouth and formed into a big spherical blue energy, unfortunately Pikachu's thunderbolt is faster and hit Granbull together with the Focus blast that's formed on its mouth which create a big explosion.

Liko, Roy, and Molly along with their pokemon had to either close their eyes or shield their eyes when the gust of wind from the explosion went at them.

As the smoke cleared, Granbull lay on the ground with a swirl on its eyes.

"Granbull's unable to battle, Pikachu wins. Participant Ray, please sent out your next pokemon."

"Yatta! Pikachu wins the battle!"

Nemona, the battle enthusiastic Orange Academy student cheered at Ash who wins the battle with no trouble.

"Just one more, Ash will win this battle!"

"Satoshi! Good luck!

"Return, Granbull!" Granbull went back to Ray's pokeball as Ray sent another pokemon, "Go, Clawitzer!"

Clawitzer make an appearance as it being called out.

"Pikachu, return for now."

"Pika??"

Pikachu approach Ash in confusion, but Ash fortunately explain further to him.

"Pikachu, i want to have Scorbunny did his first official battle, you don't mind, right?"

"Pika!"

Pikachu entusiastically nodded as he stand beside Ash.

 "Go Scorbunny, I choose you!"

Scorbunny shown up in the field, ready to take a battle with fiery spirit.

"Scorbun!"

"That Ash..."

"Why does Ash pick Scorbunny?! His opponent currently use a water type pokemon and Scorbunny is a fire type!"

It was a normal reaction as Fire is weak against water, doing this is litteraly a suicidal attempt.
