The result of our training

After Liko joining up with Roy, both Liko and Roy together faced Kabu and Wakaba in the arena.

While Liko and Ash still on their way on the arena, Liko keep thinking about what Ash said to her regarding her trying to giving her win to the others since it's still fresh on her mind.

Because of what Ash said, she cannot get the image of her pendant being taken on her mind gone at all.

'I really need to talk to Ash again later. I cannot make the image gone at all, but maybe...' Liko looked towards Wakaba and Kabu in front of her, 'Maybe this could help me out to be extremely careful on the battle.'

"Young Liko and Young Roy." Kabu began, causing Liko to focus back, "I've seen both of your skill in the early challenge i gave to both of you. While some of you still has mistakes in the process, i'm actually impressed by how both of you do."

By mistakes, Kabu meant like how Roy began to panic and cannot think straight when he's about to lose, and then Liko tried to stop her own victory.

Liko and Roy know their mistakes, and they accepted their own mistakes, especially Liko after her pep talk with Ash.

"Now, i want both of you show the result of your training. Are you both ready?"

Liko and Roy, together said, "Yeah!"

"Good. Let's start this battle!" Kabu picked the pokeball on his belt and throws it to the air, "Burn Bright, Centiskorch!"

"Rolycoly, Give it all ya got!"

Rolycoly and Centiskorch shows up from their pokeball, ready for a battle.

Wakaba seeing Kabu's Centiskorch again, start to act like a fangirl as she saw that Wakaba battling beside Kabu with letting out his ace pokemon.

Liko and Roy got taken back by Centiskorch showing up in front of them.

"Centiskorch..."

"The same one that Ash and Greninja battle at the opening ceremony..."

Liko and Roy already watch the gigantic battle between Ash and Kabu in the opening ceremony, and aware just how powerful both Kabu and Centiskorch are.

In the spectator area, Raihan called out Ash, "Hey champion boy, you're not gonna cheer her?"

"Raihan-san, i already cheered her earlier after our talk."

"What exactly you talk about with her earlier actually?" Dawn asked, curiousity got over her own being.

"It's quite simple actually. Liko has an empathy for giving others the win instead of gaining her own victory." Ash explained, "It's not a bad thing, but it's not the right thing to do as well you know."

Goh understanding what Ash meant, nodded as well, "I think i know what you meant. The same thing happened with my best friend back at the mew project test."

Goh still remembered that his best friend want to give up not wanted to battle him at the end part on one of the mew project test.

Even though in the end Goh lost, at least he appreciate the fair battle to get the position for the mew project.

Back in the arena, Roy started the first move.

"Fuecoco, Ember!"

Fuecoco shots out ember towards Centiskorch, but to their surprise, Centiskorch absorbs the fire instead of getting hurt.

"It has Fire Flash!!!" Ash, Kai, and Max instantly know what just happened.

"What the?! It didn't do damage at all?!" Roy also got surprised.
