Rewind Time

Chapter 2

Tom hadn't wanted Aurora to leave, he like having the young woman around the pub. She had laughed when he told her, she knew his business had picked up since she had been staying here so she promised she would still stop by to visit. When he had refused to accept the extra Galleons, she made sure to hide them for him to find later. 

Aurora had looked over the business's she had investments in and found The Leaky Cauldron was one. She knew that if it wasn't for the pleasant barkeep, this place wouldn't be the way it was. It didn't seem to matter, future or past, Tom was a good man and would help her out. It seemed she also held shares of Flourish and Blott's and the Daily Prophet. The last one would surely come in handy. 

One of the properties she owned was a little manor, some probably wouldn't even classify it as such. With only her moving in, she hadn't wanted to stay in one of the larger properties she owned. After sending a letter to Ironclaw, asking for help checking the wards, he had offered to let her buy two elves. He left out the part where he thought she would end up offing herself if she didn't have them to look after her.

Apparating to the property, she looked up at the manor in surprise. It was gorgeous and looked like a place she would actually enjoy living. Walking up the brick pathway, she looked to the gardens surrounding it. They were a little overgrown, but she could see herself working in them. Entering the large door, two pops alerted her to the elves arrival.

"Mistress has arrived" a female elf exclaimed. Bowing to Aurora, she introduced herself, "I's be Till, Mistress' personal elf"

"Hello Tilly" Aurora greeted, looking to the other elf. 

"I's be Pell. I's take care of the gardens and animals" the male elf introduced, bowing as well.

"Hello Pell. I wasn't aware of any animals. Could you show me them later" She asked, the little elf nodded. "Would it be okay if I helped in the garden sometimes? I like working with the flowers"

Pell nodded, "Of course! Mistress be welcome to help with the flowers" he seemed excited that she wanted to help. "We's not have many animals, Mister Ironclaw had Pell picks up a few before he sent us here" 

"Ah, that was most thoughtful of him." Aurora nodded, "Tilly, could you show me to my room and then give me a tour? I'm afraid I'll get lost on my own"

Tilly nodded and led her to the stairs, "Tilly made sure to cleans the bedroom up for Mistress."

Aurora nodded, "Thank you Tilly. I appreciate you and Pell being here." The smile on the little elf's face could have melted even the coldest of hearts.

Tilly led Aurora to a gorgeously decorated bedroom. The bed looked so comfortable. She knew she would sleep like a baby tonight. After she explored her bedroom, bathroom and closet, Tilly led her on a tour. 

She was shown where her office was as the Lady of the house, it connected to a beautiful library. There was five more bedrooms, a small ballroom, the living room, receiving room, training room, and kitchen. There were more rooms but Aurora wasn't sure when she would use them, this place was a lot larger than she had thought. 

Moving outside, Pell popped in to continue the tour. The property went on for a few miles, it was very private. Entering one of the outbuildings, she caught sight of two beautiful Abraxen. 

"Wow" she breathed.

Pell nodded, "Mister Ironclaw said Mistress would enjoy the animals. He also sent an owl and these ones" the elf led her to three Kneazles. 

"They're precious!" Aurora knelt down as the little Kneazles began to crawl on her lap. "Do they have names?"

Pell shook his head, "No, they's be waiting for Mistress to name them"
