Rewind Time

Chapter 9

Aurora woke with arms wrapped around her. She laid there thinking about what they had done last night. She didn't regret any of it, Marvolo was an amazing man and they were going to marry, who cares if they didn't wait. When the arms around her tightened, she looked over his shoulder. 

"Morning" Aurora whispered.

Marvolo's eyes met hers, he gave a small smile, "Morning. How do you feel" 

She blushed, "I feel good. We should probably get up, the boys will wake soon"

Kissing her shoulder, Marvolo moved to stand. He didn't have clothes here so he started to put his pants from last night on. Aurora had just slid her robe on when a knock sounded. 

"Rora, are you awake" Reggie asked through the door. 

She quickly moved to open it, "Morning Reggie. Are you all hungry?" the boy nodded and then noticed Marvolo. 

"You had a sleepover too?" Reggie asked.

Aurora heard Marvolo choke, she had to hide her laughter. "Yes, we did. Let me get ready and I'll meet you down for breakfast." Shutting her door, she turned to look at Marvolo, "Sleepover. It works" she laughed as he glared.

Marvolo pulled her into his arms, kissing her. "I have to meet Thoros today"

"Can you have breakfast first" Aurora asked, looking up at him. He nodded.

Sirius, Regulus and Remus were all chatting happily at the table when Aurora and Marvolo entered. The three all called out good morning.

"Good morning. I hope you all slept well" she received nods from them. "Remus, can we speak really quick. I promise you can come right back for chocolate chip pancakes."

Remus nodded and followed Aurora out of the room. "Is everything okay" he asked timidly.

Aurora nodded, "I just wanted to see how you did with the potion. I didn't want to ask infront of everyone."

Remus gave her a small smile, "I feel really good. I forgot I even took one"

She smiled, "Make sure you tell me if anything changes. We will do another dose before bed. Let's head back in"

Sitting next to Marvolo, she noticed he was watching the boys. Aurora realized they had never talked about having children, she knew he was okay with the boys but they never talked about having their own. Maybe they should do that before they got married.

Aurora took advantage of the boys playing outside under Pells watchful eye, she had to pick up some potions ingredients and headed to the alley. She stopped in to see Tom first, she had invited him to dinner this week and he happily accepted. After she left the Leaky, her arm was grabbed.

"My dear, I have been trying to reach you" Albus Dumbledore said in place of proper greeting.

Aurora looked from his hand on her arm to his face. "Mister Dumbledore, please remove your hand from my person"

Dumbledore ignored her. "My dear, I really need to speak with you. The Prophet printed an article and I need to share some information with you on your fiancé."

Knowing this wasn't going to go well, she held her head high. "Mister Dumbledore, I do not know why you think you could tell me anything of Lord Ravenclaw Slytherin that I don't already know or he hasn't already told me. Now, I have denied your request for a meeting multiple times, so I will ask again, please remove your hand from me"

Many eyes were on the two, unknown to both, one person had already sent off for help. People in the alley couldn't believe what they were seeing, Dumbledore was acting crazy.
