The boys were sleeping in their room while Aurora was talking with Marvolo in the library. "I own stake in the Daily Prophet. I'm sure we can control how our engagement is shown. I didn't know if you wanted to just put it out or if you wanted to use it to help our cause."
"I know how the Prophet can be, it may be best if we could steer the news in the right direction. I'm sure Dumbledore will have something to say about it" Marvolo grinned at her over the rim of his glass.
Aurora's eyes darkened, "He sent another request to meet with me. Maybe this will get him to stop"
"Why is he so hell bent on meeting with you, alone" he scowled, not liking how insistent Dumbledore was being.
"Partly my name and partly because I'm an unknown. Dumbledore covets secrets but only if he's the one keeping them." Taking a sip, she smiles and asks. "If I knew some very dark secrets on the bastard, would you have someone you would trust to get them out to the public?'
Marvolos eyes narrowed at her, moving closer on the couch he asks, "What kind of secrets would those be?"
Summoning the book that Rita Skeeter had published, Aurora handed it over with a smile. "I have a whole book that was published after his death. It holds some pretty interesting secrets"
Looking from the book, back to Aurora, Marvolo asked "Would it be enough to get him out of Hogwarts?"
She nodded, "These secrets would ruin his pristine reputation that he loves so much"
Marvolo could only stare at the witch. She had a vindictive streak. That book would give him power, no, them power over that man. Leaning forward, he slid his hand around the back of Auroras neck and pulled her into a heated kiss.
Auroras eyes widened in surprise. When her brain kicked back on, she pushed further into Marvolo. The book was tossed on the table as she slid her fingers into his soft hair. When his other hand slid down her back, she arched into him from the heat of his palm.
Pulling back slightly, Marvolo looked down at her kiss swollen lips. Hiding his smirk, he kissed her again, kissing down her jaw and neck. He couldn't believe this witch had agreed to marry him. With how she was reacting to his actions, he didn't know if he would be able to wait for the wedding. She tasted delicious.
Aurora's mind was fuzzy, this man was kissing her stupid. She knew they should stop for propriety but she really didn't want to. The strap on her dress had just been slid off her shoulder when she heard the click of the door. Quickly pulling back, she had just righted herself when Siri entered with teary eyes.
"Rora" Sirius whispered.
Aurora quickly moved to him, checking him over, she asked, "What's wrong Siri? Are you hurt?"
Sirius shook his head, "I had a bad dream"
Pulling him into her arms, she tried to calm him. "It was only a dream. Do you want to tell me about it?"
Marvolo watched as Aurora comforted the young boy. She had gotten him calm and talking. He thought it was good that they had been interupted, five more minutes and he was sure he would have taken things too far. Aurora deserved to be treated like the Lady she was. Once she had gotten Sirius calm, she took him back to bed.

The book Aurora had shown him was sitting on the table. Picking it up, he glanced through it. Marvolo hadn't heard when Aurora re entered the library and almost hexed her when she spoke.
"It's a good read, right" she smirked at him.
Marvolo glared with no heat behind it, "I can see what you were saying. I have a couple people I trust who can get this information out." He paused when she sat next to him, "Is Sirius alright?"
