Aurora looked at the owl suspiciously, who was sending her a letter? Reading the outside of the invitation, her eyes widened in surprise. Why were the Malfoys inviting her to their summer solstice celebration? It had to be Riddles doing. Maybe she could speak with him about what Ironclaw had told her while she was there.

Making a decision, she marked she would attend and sent it back with the stuffy owl. Now she needed to prepare. The last time she had been to Malfoy Manor, it was as a prisoner and Voldemort was out for her head.

Standing from her desk, she headed towards her training room. She needed to work out her emotions about the celebration.

Aurora had something she needed to pick up from Ironclaw. He had sent her a letter saying he had found a couple books in her vaults while auditing, she may find them useful. Entering the bank, she was surprised when the teller she stopped at gave her a small bow.

"Lady Emrys Peverell Sayre, Master Ironclaw awaits your arrival. Follow me"

She was surprised but nodded and followed. "I hope your day has been going well" she tried to small talk him.

"It has. Master Ironclaw informed us how you've put your trust in the goblins. Not many wizards would"

"I would trust the goblins over a wizard any day" Aurora told him, "May I ask your name"

The goblin looked surprised at her statement and her question, "Teller Bloodfang. You are an odd witch"

She gave a small chuckle, "I take that as a compliment. Thank you for walking me Teller Bloodfang, may your enemies blood flow in rivers"

Bloodfang gave a grin, "May your gold flourish" he left her to enter Ironclaws office.

"Master Ironclaw, I received your owl. I hope I'm not imposing" Aurora said when the door opened.

"If I'm to call you by Aurora, call me by Ironclaw. Sit, I have found a couple books that I believe you will find helpful" he says, waving her to a chair.

Looking through the titles, Aurora could see why these had been in the vaults. "Thank you. I'm sure these will help. I wanted to thank you again for sending Tilly and Pell, as well as the animals. It makes the manor seem less empty"

Ironclaw nodded, "I thought they would help. Tilly and Pell are good elves. I knew they would be great for you"

"I was wanting to ask something, but I didn't want to risk putting it in a letter" When Ironclaw nodded, she asked "If a Lord and Lady were abusing their children, could say, I as a distant cousin take their children?"

Ironclaw looked her over, "I don't believe you could for abuse. The purebloods make sure not to leave evidence."

She thought about that. "What if they died? If I had temporary custody of the children and then the parents die, could I claim them"

Ironclaw looked suspicious, "Do you plan to make these deaths happen"

"Why of course not! I would just be a worried cousin who would take the children after their parents untimely demise" Aurora gave Ironclaw her most innocent look.

The goblin laughed, "You would have to make sure you outrank the other family members. The son would become Lord and would need to be with someone who has power to train him"

Entering Malfoy Manor this time was a lot more pleasant. Aurora moved to the line that lead to the hosts for the evening. Abraxas Malfoy was a very stern looking man. His posture just screamed, I'm better than you in every way. Lady Malfoy looked to have more personality than her husband.
