A dark gloomy cave reached far under the city of megapolis, within was a glowing blue hologram displaying a mech floats over multiple magic circles under the well known furnace stolen from the heavenly realm. A girl with glowing white hair, short in size, materialized power within it. Raising her hand above her head, a burst of magic ensued as she heard the voices of the future outcome befalling the spider queen.

"It would seem the Queens usefulness is drawing to an end,"

She spoke calmly as her hair faded to a natural black color. The smoke from the blast revealed two figures behind it, one smiling, the other frowning but both had similar glowing blue eyes.

"It's time to remove the unnecessary pieces of the game. My lady."

The man in a suit chuckles chillingly as he bowed to the girl, eyes narrowing to a mischievous look, a grin spreading across his smiling lips from before.

"Annoying... but if it is what my creator wishes. It will be done as you desired."

The other responds, giving an acknowledged nod. Leo's possessed self had enhanced to be more responsive and intractable like the false mayor, it was all thanks to the female standing in front of them, her back facing them without so much as a glance their way.

With a flash of blue, they disappear, now moving to eliminate the unnecessary pieces.

...

The mayor dealt with Syntax while the raven haired boy would be dealing with Huntsman and Strong spider. A scream echoes within the tunnel, startling the two spider henchmen.

"What was that?"

The muscular of them asked, sweat dripping down their head as the lights began to flicker from green to blue as a shadow crept up behind the two, giant hand on either side of them as if about to crush them like the spiders they are.

"I don't know big guy, all I know is that... it isn't good."

A person hummed in the darkness,

"In this kind of scene, it wouldn't be so bad... for me at least."

A cruel voice echoed before the shadow hands enclosed around the terrified henchmen with a snap.

In another area, the monkey kid managed to crawl nearer to the spider mech that Spider queen had been making against the Lady bone demon. He managed to destroy the mech but got into a fight with Spider queen who tried to stop him.

Mk tried reasoning with her but she was still caught up in her pride, dignity, and fear to agree in making an alliance with him. With LBDs power growing each minute of the day, there would be no stopping or escaping her.

"Haven't you figured it out yet? There is no running from what SHE is, not even your little boyfriend could, what makes you think I could escape?"

The brunette frowned at the mention of Leo, his heart aching at the thought of him siding with the enemy all because he wasn't himself. The cave had a momentary shake which both caught MK's and Spider queens attention.

Whispers soon echoes, causing a shiver to crawl up their spines. A sudden explosion made them look away as they covered themselves from the blast,

"The Spider Queen is right. Destiny will always catch up."

A sweet yet mature voice announced, appearing before them. MK's vision flashed in a cyan color as a force tried getting in his head, he shouts, holding his head as he pulls himself out of the sudden intrusion.

"You..."

Spider Queen stood up on her legs, glaring at the woman,

"I should have taken you out the second you walked into my lair."

She hissed, before turning her head to Mk, telling him to run as quick as he can. The boy hesitates, eyes widening as shadows around them began to dance on the walls creeping up under their feet but did not do much of anything.

Not until a shadow portal appeared beneath Mk, pulling him in which made the brunette gasp but it went unnoticed by the other two as they fought. Mk closed his eyes, breathing erratically in panic as he was surrounded with nothing but darkness.

A familiar warm yet cold touch caresses his left cheek, the hero's eyes snaps open, only to be faced with a pair of purple ones. Mk reached out his hand over the one on his cheek, tears starting to gather in his eyes at the familiar sight.

"Leo?..."

He croaked but before they could do anything else, Mk was pushed out of the realm, light coming from the other side.

"Don't worry about me... we'll be together again, promise."

Leo's voice sounded out softly as Mk landed in the city alley, the brunette stood up quickly from the ground to run back to the portal, reaching an arm out to the portal.

"Leo, wait!"

Mk tried stopping the other from closeting the portal, but he was too slow as his hand faces a blank wall. He became silent, gulping down a sob that threatened to break out from his throat.

"You better keep that promise..."

The hero murmured, tears streaming down his face.
