Chapter 45

I wake up to Matt soft snores coming from his mouth I look at the digital clock that was on the nightstand it read 11:00

I slowly and carefully slip from matts grip trying not to wake him I decide to take a quick shower when I'm done I slip on a red crop top and some wash jean shorts I wrap my white and red flannel around my waist then I slip on my all red hightop nike's I put my hair into a high ponytail when I'm done I decided to wake up Matt.

"Matt wake up" I whisper shaking him lightly he groans turning away "Matt please" I say kissing his lips he smiles into the kiss I pull away "fine I'll get up" he says "good now go take a shower and get dress" I say "yes mom" he says sarcastically I playfully roll my eyes "I'm going to get Starbucks want anything?" I asks "yep a chocolate mocha latte" he says "okay" I reply "wait I don't want you going alone can you asks one of the guys to go with you" he says worriedly "Why don't you want me going alone" I asks walking towards him but only having to look up at him since he's tall

"After the kidnapping I'm just afraid you'll getting taken away I know you showed me you can protect yourself but I wanna be the one to protect you" he says "Matt nothing's going to happen to me I promise" I say he nods kissing my forehead "just please have one of the guys go with you" he asks "okay I'll asks hayes to come with me" I say "okay good" he smiles I nod grabbing my key card I walk out the door and down the hall to hayes and Carter's room I knock on the door the door opens to reveal carter "hey carter is hayes here" I asks "yep" he replies letting me in I walk in to see hayes in the small living room watching tv "hey hayes do you want to come to Starbucks with me"I asks "yes!" he says excitedly I laugh at his excitement we walk to the elevator I press the lobby button "so how's everything's going" I asks trying to start a conversation "everything's going good" he replies "anything new?" I asks "well yea but don't tell anyone okay?" he says I nod "well....I have a girlfriend"he replies "omg hayes you have a girlfriend" I say excitedly jumping up and down hugging him he laughs "what's her name" I say "Olivia" he replies

"Oh my gosh that's a cute name awe my hayes has a girlfriend" I say he smiles we walk out the hotel "well I want to give her something special but I just don know what" he says scratching the back of his neck "I could help"I say "really you would do that for me?"he smiles "of course hayes your like a little brother to me"I smile he smiles back we walk inside Starbucks I order a cotton candy frappe and order matts chocolate mocha latte then wait for hayes to order we sit at a booth and wait for the barista to be done with our drinks "I think you should give Olivia a promise ring she would love that I know I would" I say "yeah but were could we get it"he ask "how about this jewelry store next door" I say "okay"he replies we get our drinks then head to next door we walk into the fancy looking store

"Riley this store is kinda fancy I don't think I have that kind of money"he says "but I do"I say "Riley you don't have to do that" he replies "but I want to"I say staring at him with a serious face we look around I found this pretty ring that was shape like a crown it had small diamonds in it,it was absolutely gorgeous "hayes get this one" I say he looks at it "it's perfect"he says we grab it walking to the cash registers the ring came up to be a three hundred dollars I take my wallet out of my back pocket I hand the cashier the money the cashier gives us a receipt and a bag that had the small box in it which carried the ring "thank you" hayes says "anything for you" I smile as we get back to the hotel "can you keep the bag I don't want the guys asking me questions about it"hayes says "sure"I reply we walk through the door to already see that the guys were in the lobby lounging around

"Hey there you guys go we have to get to magcon were going to be late" gilinsky says "okay were here now so stop crying" I say he playfully roll his eyes I walk over to Matt and hand him his Starbucks drink "thanks" he smiles Kissing my cheek "no problem"I reply "I grabbed your backpack for you" he says lifting it up to show me "thanks" I say grabbing it from his hands throwing it on my back "okay guys let's go the limo is here" some guy says which I'm guessing is Bart boredelon there boss we hop inside the hummer limo I sit between cam and Nash "hey Riley wanna take a selfie?" Nash asks "sure" I say he turns the camera towards us I put up the peace sign and stick my tongue out and Nash does the cross eyed face he puts it on instagram and I watch him put the caption it read 'with the bestie"😋@rileycato

"We are besties are We?"I smile laying my head on his shoulders "duh isn't it obvious" he says in a girly voice I giggle at him

We got to the event we walk to the back so the guys wouldn't get trampled by fans the place was so empty I notice this girl with red hair and she has kitty ears on her head she musts be the DJ since she was setting her DJ equipment up "mahogany!" the guys cheer "hey guys" she smiles she looks over at me "who is this?" she asked politely

"Mahogany this Riley my girlfriend ,Riley this is mahogany our DJ she's part of the family"Matt smiles "hey" I smile "hi"she smiles back "finally I'm not only girl anymore" she says making me laugh "I can say the same thing" I reply making her laugh as well "why don't you guys talk for a while were going to set up the stage and get ready" Matt says I look at him and nod looking back at mahogany me and mahogany walk backstage we sit on the couches

"So how long have you and Matt been dating?"she asked "um about a year if I'm not mistaking"I say "omg really that's a long time" she says "yeah but we had a lot of ups and downs but I think were okay now" I reply "that's awesome the longest relationship I've been in was three months" she laughs I laugh along with her we hear the guys chanting and yelling "boys" she says "tell me about it" I say playfully rolling my eyes we walk to the front stage seeing Matt,Cameron and Johnson with three gigantic balls "Matt what are you doing" I say crossing my arms over my chests "don't worry I got this babe"he says as him Cameron and Johnson run toward each other with the ball the balls bounce against each other making Cameron and Johnson jump in the air but making Matt collapsed to the ground super hard the guys starts laughing recording Matt on the ground "idiots" I murmur under my breathe me and mahogany jump off the stage walking toward the boys I bent down to Matt "you got this huh?"I ask laughing "oh shut up"he jokes standing up "it hurt doesn't it" I ask "a little" he groans I shake my head lightly I step on my tiptoes to kiss his cheek "does that make it better" I asks he nods immediately making me laugh "awe you guys are so cute"mahogany smiles with her arms crossed

I was currently in the back while the guys were on stage acting weird as usual Shawn came in the back "taking a break" I asks as he grabs a water bottle "yup" he replies I smile going back into my phone "why won't you come out their" he asks "I don't do crowds" I say "says the girl who choke the shit out of Britney causing a big ass scene" he replies "did you just curse"I laugh "yes" he replies "omg I never heard you curse in my life" I say he playfully roll his eyes

Matt walks in sitting beside me "guess what "I say excitedly "what?" Matt says "Shawn just curse for the first time" I say "omg really!"Matt says like a girl making me laugh "oh my god I'm going to the front" Shawn says getting up and walking back to the front stage "you should come to the front stage with me" Matt says "um no thanks" I reply
"Come on"he says grabbing my arm and pulling me towards the stage "Matt stop" I say he ignores me as we get to the stage all the fans stare at me making me freeze in my spot Matt grabs one of the mic "hey guys there's something I really want to tell you guys please don't be mad but I'm officially taken by my girlfriend Riley" he says all the fans start cheering and yelling 'awe' I smile shyly Matt comes next me wrapping an arm around my waist

"Any questions?"Matt asked one of the fans raised there hand Matt chose her to speak "how long have you guys been dating" she asks "about a year now" Matt says making the crowd 'awe' "I have a question for Riley" a girl says "shoot" Matt says "if you had to choose what's your favorite thing about Matt"!she asked I took the mic from Matt "well if I would have to choose my favorite thing about Matt is his smile because it makes me happy to see him happy" I smile at matt the crowd 'awe' again.
