chapter 17

I wake up and do my usual routine and get dress I'm so glad its Friday finally I grabbed my keys and get into my car. 

~skip drive ~

I pull up in the students parking lot I head inside the school "hey Maggie" I wave  "hey riles" she replies I hear faint laughs come from the cafeteria. "What is everybody laughing at" I asked Maggie eyes widened "nothing" she says quickly "sounds like something if there laughing I'm going to go see what's going on" I say

"No no no no let's just go to the court yard I have something I need to tell you" Maggie replies "why are you so jittery" I asked "no reason" she replies "okay" I say starting to walk in the cafeteria but Maggie stops me

"Maggie what's going on" I say crossing my arms over my chests "nothing I just wanna go to the courtyard" she smiles "we can go later" I say trying to walk inside but maggie blocks the doorway I push pass her

My heart drops at what I was seeing it was a video of me and matt when we went to that abadoned  building it was me telling matt I love him. "I love you ,I love you, I love you" it keep repeating "what's going on"? I asked

Everyone stops laughing and turns towards me with a blank expression written across there faces. I look at Britney and matt who were on the stage Britney grabs the mic. "Awe look at you confessing your love to matt who truly doesn't love you back" she smirks

"What are you talking about"? I asks "oh matt didn't tell you" she starts I look over at matt who had his head hanging down not making eye contact with me. "I dared matt to get you to tell him you love him in a week and it work" she laughs

"Is this true matt"? I asked he looks up and grabs the mic from Britney "yes but"- I cut him off "that's all I need to hear" I say walking out of the lunch room "Riley wait" he calls I don't respond I keep running out of the school. I feel a pair of hands grabbed my waist matt turns me around I push him

"How could you"! I scream at him banging my fists onto his chest and sobbed he grabs my arms stopping me from hitting."It wasn't my fault" he says "oh yeah then who fault was it? I thought you change I thought you could be different I should've just listen to maggie she told me you wouldn't but I believed in you" I finished matt doesn't say anything he just looks down

"Don't call me" I say backing away "don't come near my house I don't want to see you anymore were done"! I yell going to my car I hop in starting the ignition matt quickly jumps in the passenger seat

"Get out"! I yell Riley justs hear me out he begs "I said get the fuck out"! I scream one last time he finally listens and get out looking through my window but I don't look at him instead I speed off heading back home.

All the way home I was screaming and crying banging my hands on the steering wheel I finally stop crying and calm down I thought of the perfect idea I'm gonna make his life a living hell I thought a devious smile plays across my face.
