"I've told you it was that bitch's plan to snatch Albert from you. can't you see it she's taking him away from you... Elsa's not someone to befriend" She frowned at the information that Albert was leaving soon and started blabbering whatever came to her mind.

"You're wrong. She's not snatching him, " I defended.

"You always take her side instead of me. whose friend you are? Her or mine? Or is that true that you have already accepted her as your sister-in-law? What about me, huh? I'm not gonna visit your place from now on."

"But why?" I asked teasingly, even though I knew why she was saying that.

"Because there'll be no fun visiting your place as he'll not be there." She was speaking the truth, she should hesitate sometimes.

"Did you come all this time just because of him?" I furrowed my brows and frowned dramatically

"Of course," she said smugly before her eyes drew behind me for a swift second.

"You're so bad," I muttered.

"More than you can imagine"

Lucy sat in the front seat from mine, facing me and I was giving her the piece of information she had missed the previous week.

I stopped scribbling in the notebook and laid down my pencil. "Put it aside now. Listen to me. I think I like my tutor," I announced in a hast.

She blinked her eyes once then twice.

The reaction I was expecting from her was the total opposite of what I got.

Her face was devoid of any emotion as if I told her some non-serious words. Her eyes weren't glinting like they do when I told her anything regarding me. The mischievous smile was lost from her lips, and she acted alter than habitual, which made me grimace. "Aren't you going to say anything?"

She let out a low chuckle half a minute later. "What should I say?"

"Something. Anything."

"I knew that already." She shrugged her shoulder.

I scrunched my nose and gave her a look. "That's it?"

"Well, that's great that you got it finally." She said when I looked away in disapproval.

"Don't bring sarcastic"

"Why would not I? When I told you the same thing you were just bickering with me and now you're saying it and expecting me to jump in excitement"

I pressed my lips in a guilty smile. "Well, I know you said that to me before, but" She looked away again; she kept looking behind me to someone. "I was in denial." She took her attention back to me.
