Epilogue:

Seokjin:

I've wondered all my life what it would be like to be loved so thoroughly. To be loved wholly. To find someone who truly accepts you with all your flaws. But I always thought it was just wishful thinking because I live in the real world, not a fictional story.

However, I've learned that when you find the person meant for you, they can change your life in ways that feel like a fairy tale.

Today, I will finally call Namjoon my husband. The thought fills my heart with a contentment I never knew was possible.

You never know when your life is going to change. Maybe you lie about having a boyfriend and then find a man who looks exactly like the one you lied about. You ask him to pretend to be your boyfriend for a month, and everything changes.

People say lying is wrong, and I agree you shouldn't lie, but in my case, it brought me the best thing in my life, my Namjoon.

"That's not fair, hyung! I got engaged first and you're getting married before me?" Jungkook whined, looking handsome in his black suit. He, Jimin, Hobi, and Tae are my best men, while Yoongi is Namjoon's best man.

"If you had decided to get married instead of planning a grand wedding on Mars, you'd be getting married first," I teased, rolling my eyes as I admired my reflection in the mirror. I look beautiful and can't wait to see Namjoon, as I haven't seen him since last night.

They practically kidnapped me from my house because, according to them, we should at least be apart for a few hours before the wedding. It's ridiculous because I miss Namjoon so much.

"Hyung, it's not Mars; it's Italy. Italy!" Jungkook said, smiling like an idiot, and I gasped.

"Don't tell me I have to go on a 14-hour journey again?" I asked, and he just giggled. He's so cute that I can't even scold him.

"That's the plan, hyung, and Namjoon hyung agreed because he's planning your honeymoon there," Jungkook said, and my eyes widened as a smile spread across my lips.

"Jungkook, you can't spoil it like this," Jimin gasped, hitting Jungkook on the head.

"Yeah, idiot. Jimin is right," Hobi agreed instantly. When their eyes met, Hoseok looked away without a smile, while Jimin tried to smile at him.

I didn't like what Jimin and Yoongi did to Hobi, but I can't interfere in their problems. I hope they resolve it soon. I want my original friends back.

"Okay, okay, let's g—woah," Taehyung began but stopped short when he saw me.

"Oh damn, hyung, you look so pretty! I've never seen anyone look this pretty on their wedding, except, of course, my flopsy will look even more beautiful," he added quickly when he noticed Jungkook glaring at him, giving a sheepish smile.

The others snickered, including me.

The door opened, and when I looked at the entrance, I froze. I thought they would never come after what I had done to them. I believed my father would hate me even more after our last meeting.

My mom came in, instantly engulfing me in a hug. I hugged back, tears welling up in my eyes, but I controlled myself, holding her tightly.

"Daeyoon, don't cry, or he'll cry too," my father said, gently prying her off me.

I couldn't believe he came to my wedding. I had told Namjoon when we were preparing for the wedding and sent cards to my parents that they would never come, and it would break my heart because, no matter what, I wanted them to be there on my big day.
