His mother shook her head, Not here. There are too many people here we can't trust. 

Gusion became even more confused and curious. He took his mother with him. While walking toward his car, he called Alucard, hey, Al, where are you?

At home, why?

I'm coming over, I'm with mom.

Alucard's eyes widened as he did not expect that Gusion was with his mother.

W-what?

Mom and I are coming over. Gusion repeated.

R-right. I'll see you. Then they hung up.

Can we trust Alucard? His mother asked.

Of course, mom. Whatever happens, Alucard will always be on our side. Gusion explained confidently.

Then they drove off to his place.

Gwen was breathing heavily out of anger as she watched her mother-in-law by the window follow Gusion to the garage and leave the vicinity.

Welp, I guess the show's over. The eldest Paxley said and left the area. Gwen just rolled her eyes and looked at the window once more.

My Lady... Grey then approaches her and pats her back. Let Gusion go, Gwen. Grey did his best to console her. It's useless, Grey! Tell me, what do I have against that woman, especially now that they have a child? Huh? She said out of frustration. I don't know, Gwen. Grey answered. It would be best if you held on to being his legal wife. That... they can't take that away from you. He reassured.

You're right, Grey. That's my ace against them. Plus, I can easily destroy that Lesley if she makes a move to take Gusion away from me. Gwen said while smirking. Grey agreed with Gwen by nodding. Now Let's get you upstairs. Then he accompanied her to the guest room that was renovated and customized to be her bedroom in the Paxley mansion. 

As much as they wanted to invade Gusion's room, he had the locks of his room changed before he moved out of their house to live with Gwen in their apartment.

Gwen was given Princess treatment during her stay at the Paxley mansion. they served her meals in her room, new clothes were delivered to her, and servants never left her side. Even her nanny from the Baroque castle arrived at the Paxley mansion just to accompany her.

Half an hour had passed when Gusion and his mother arrived at Alucard's place. They didn't waste much time and went straight to his apartment. Mommy, it's so nice to see you~! Al greeted Gusion's mother with a hug.

Then they locked all the doors and the window to make sure no one's eavesdropping.

Alucard served them drinks and they all sat in the living room.
