Chapter 16

Ross Monroe's POV

Nandito ako ngayun sa labas ng office ni Vaughn. Pumunta ako ng pagka aga aga dahil miss ko na siya. Nitong nagdaang araw ay ang hirap niya g hagilapin. Sumunod sunod ang malalaking project niya kaya tuwing magkasama kami ay lagi siyang pagod at minsan ay natutulogan niya ako.

Ganun din ang nangyari noong nakaraang gabi. He was with me and I was all comfy cuddling him while we watch Netflix but at the middle of the movie he fell asleep.

I don't want to be clingy but I'm deprived with attention already. Kaya ngayun no one can stop me kahit office hours niya pa.

"Good morning lab!" Masiglang bati ko nang biglaan kong binuksan ang pinto habang nakangiti ng malawak. Vaughn only raised his head. "You're not surprised that I'm hear?"

"Bal rinig na rinig ang boses mo habang nagtatanong sa labas kung nandito ba ako." He answered nonchalantly.

"Oh? But still you should have pretend to be surprised tho." I'm acting childish again.

"Really?" Hindi makapaniwalang sabi niya pero nakikita ko ang munting pagsilip ng ngiti sa labi niya.

"Yes!" I pouted and stamp my feet as I walk towards him and back hugged him. "I miss you na lab."

"Magkasama lang tayo noong nakaraang gabi bal."

"It's not enough." Hindi talaga sapat lalo na kung natutulugan niya ako. I'm trying to be understanding but I can't stop but crave for his attention.

Natatawa niyang niyakap ang kamay kong nakayakap sa kanya mula sa likud. "You're needy."

"Yes I am. May problema ka?"

"Wala akong problema don bal pero I have to work. Don't you have anything to do?"

"I stopped working as a model so no." I spend my life working before at kumikita rin ng malaki ang business ko abroad so me lazing around won't make me broke.  And I'm actually planning for my another business, pinaghahandaan ko na iyon.

"Then can you adjust for me? Since I have one? You should find something to entertain yourself while I'm busy." If his voice doesn't sound sweet, those words would cut deeply. He might wanted to put weights on his words but he always find ways to make it sound sweet and rational.

"You don't love me don't you?" Walang kwentang sagot ko. I know he loves me, sasyang attention seeker lang ako.

"Of course I do."

"Then just let me hug you." Mas hinigpitan ko ang yakap sa kanya.

"I'll give you five minutes. After that you have to let go okay?"

"Hmmm." I hummed. After that, he lean on me kaya mas lalo kong hinapit ang bewang niya palapit sa akin.

Feeling his warmth that I want to feel every second of the day. Alam kong lampas na ng limang minuto pero ayaw ko parin bumitaw. He bring out the side of me that I never thought I had. The side of me where I'm so clingy, the side of me wanting a lot of attention from him. It makes me want to keep him around me all the time.

"Bal enough na."

"More."

Hinarap niya ako kaya napabitaw ako sa yakap. "I'll sleep in your house later, okay?"

I smiled widely after hearing that. Akma ko siyang yayakapin ulit pero tumayo na siya at tumakbo palabas. I ran after him pero natalisud ako sa sofa kaya pagkalabas ko ay wala na siya. Ava was there, papasok na sana sa office niya.

"Nakita mo ba saan si Vaughn?"

"Papuntang conference room Ross. May meeti—."

Hindi ko na siya pinatapos at agad nitakbo ang elevator. Nasa ground floor pa ang elevator kaya mas pinili ko nalang na tumakbo sa hagdan para duon dumaan.
