Kuoh Academy Field
The battlefield was eerily quiet following the clash between Toji and Aziel. The debris of the recent battle was strewn across the field, and the tension in the air was palpable. Aziel, the Angel of Execution, lay on the ground, visibly wounded and subdued. Toji, standing tall with his Balance Breaker activated, approached the fallen angel with a mixture of determination and curiosity.
As Toji closed the distance, Aziel's cold blue eyes flickered with recognition and shock. "I finally remember," Aziel rasped, his voice filled with disbelief. "You're Toji Fushiguro."
Toji's expression was stern, his gaze unwavering. "That's right. I'm Toji Fushiguro. What's your point?"
Satoru, despite his weakened state, managed a smirk. "Why didn't you kill me? Why didn't you finish me off when you had the chance?"
Toji's eyes narrowed as he regarded the angel. "I have a debt of gratitude towards you."
Gojo's eyes widened in confusion. "A debt of gratitude? To me?"
"Yes," Toji replied, his tone firm. "You saved my son from the Zenin Clan and took care of him. For that, I am genuinely grateful."
"Ah yes, Megumi my silly, little student." Gojo chukled.
The revelation hit everyone like a thunderclap. The battlefield fell silent as the Gremory peerage and their allies processed this unexpected twist. The idea that Toji, a figure they had known as a formidable warrior, had a son was a shock beyond measure.
Rias's eyes widened in surprise. "You have a son?" she asked, her tone a mix of curiosity and disbelief.
Toji shrugged, his stoic demeanor not quite hiding his discomfort. "That's complicated," he said simply, his voice laced with reluctance.
The response only deepened the sense of surprise and curiosity among the group. The notion of Toji having a son, coupled with the complex emotions and relationships implied by his revelation, left everyone reeling.
Akeno's eyes sparkled with amusement as she looked at Toji. "Ara ara, Toji, you're a father. That's quite the revelation."
Toji's expression remained serious, but a hint of embarrassment crept into his features. "It's not something I usually broadcast."
Rias, unable to hold back, let out a soft giggle. "Well, this certainly adds a new layer to things. It seems like there's more to you than we knew."
Toji's eyes shifted towards Rias, a mixture of frustration and reluctant amusement in his gaze. "Yes, it's complicated. But right now, let's focus on getting everyone back to health."
As the tension began to lift, the group slowly recovered from their shock. The unexpected revelation about Toji's son and his connection to mysterious Gojo had added a new dynamic to the situation. The presence of the Angel of Execution and the recent battle had pushed everyone to their limits, but this new piece of information provided a strange yet comforting sense of normalcy amidst the chaos.
