The reader speaks like Doll, and everyone can understand them like they understand Doll in the show. This is not meant to be offensive to anyone who is Russian.

Uzi-
She'd be wondering if you were related to Doll in some way, and she would be quite skeptical of you for a while. She'd calm down about it eventually and realize that you're not(at least not as far as she's aware of) a threat to her.

N-
He'd think that it's cool, and he would likely ask for you to teach him a Russian phrase.

V-
She wouldn't pay any mind to it, as it makes no difference to her what language you speak. You were around long before Doll was, so she doesn't think the two of you are related in any way.

J-
She would be a little surprised at first, but otherwise, she'd be very calm. She wouldn't care what language you use because she can understand you anyway.

Thad-
He'd wonder if his settings were switched to Russian or if you were Doll's long lost sibling or something. Once he realized that you just spoke that way, he would be very cool about it.

Doll-
She'd be taken aback because she hadn't met any drone aside from her deceased family members who could speak Russian. Needless to say, you would be closer much quicker.

Lizzy-
She'd be impressed and would wonder if Doll taught you Russian, but would be even more amazed to learn that that's your native language.

Cyn-
She wouldn't care, as it doesn't hinder your communication at all.

Khan-
He'd be surprised when he first met you since the majority of the drones speak English but would be very nonchalant about it the next time around. He can understand you, and that's all that matters to him.

Tessa-
She would be a bit excited at first, but may need to ask other drones what you are saying from time to time.

Alice-
She may wonder if you are related to Yeva in some way, but otherwise, she wouldn't care all that much.
