Ending 1-
Despite everything the reader has done, they fail to destroy the genocide drone, and their friend disappears forever until the next reset.

Ending 2-
The reader succeeds in killing the genocide drone, but they came back after the reset.
You do this 7 times until you give up and are just stranded on Copper 9 with your ghostly friend, wondering if things could have been different.

You guys really like angst, but so do I. This one is going to be rather lengthy in comparison to my other scenarios.

TW for brief mention of suicide

Ending 1-

Uzi-
You tried so hard, and you killed everyone and made it to LV 20, yet you still failed. The genocide drone stood before you, ever stronger, and you dropped to your knees crying as Uzi began to disappear. You still remember her last words to you:
"Hey.. it's okay. You did what you could.."

The genocide drone raised their hand, and your vision cut to black.

N-
You knew you would fail - you just knew it! You were angry at everyone. You were angry at N for making you feel bad for having to kill everyone(not to mention that he stopped you halfway). You were angry at the genocide drone, but the one you were most angry with was yourself..
Half dead, you saw N begin to disappear, and you stumbled to him to get a hug, but your hand phased through him, and you dropped to the ground, sobbing. He smiled sadly at you and spoke one final time:
"I'm sorry <reader>, this was all my fault... We'll get them next time, right?"

V-
You had tried everything. You killed everyone, even V, your best friend. You fought tooth and nail for every bit of LV you owned just to be equals with that - that monster, and yet, you still failed. They overpowered you. Crumpled up in the snow, a weak tear fell down your visor, and you meagerly stretched your hand toward V, who began to fade away. She sadly nodded at you, and your vision was cut into total darkness as the genocide drone stomped on your head.

J-
The weight of your actions was unbearable, but you had to do what you needed to have hopes of defeating them. They tugged on your heart strings, reminding you of every bad deed you had done to get there, all the while J stood in silence. You were struck down and began to scream as J started to fade away, and she gave you one last smile before she was gone.
Surely, you could do better next time? You would make sure of it.

Thad-
Despite your strength, your enemy was smarter and more experienced than you, and so you found yourself crashing into a steel door, wishing that things had gone different. You saw Thad begin to disappear, and you stumbled up to get to him, but you fell again. You felt a wave of cold as he patted your head one final time and spoke:
"You did really good. You're cool... you know that?"

The genocide drone laughed as you hung your head, powerless and mourning, and they killed you just as they had the 379 other times, by cruelly smashing your head against the wall.

Doll-
She had her Solver powers. Surely you having more help would defeat them? That turned out not to be the case, as the genocide drone grew wise to your tricks and struck you down with their own powers. You crawled on the ground, on the verge of death, to your now fading friend. She kneeled down to you and held your hand, a wave of cold passing through you, speaking one final time before darkness consumed you:
"You did good, my friend."

Lizzy-
It was the first time that she encouraged you to fight the genocide drone, and you failed. Angry tears appeared on your visor as you began to hate yourself for being so useless, for not living up to her expectations. As she began to disappear, she smiled at you and said one word:
"Again."

Cyn-
Both of you had powers and were dangerous in combat, so there was no way that the genocide drone would win, right? You hoped that would've been the case, but luck was not on your side, as your foe had experience killing everyone 379 times, and so they knew your weakness. As you lay on the hard wood floor of the shack(episode 4 for reference), you cried, turning to a now fading Cyn:
"I failed - I'm sorry!"
She walked over to you, smiling, and kneeled down as half her ghostly body was gone:
"We'll get them next time, big <brother/sister/sibling>."
