I actually combined two ideas/requests(I hope that's okay)- if you had the personality of an animal - and if you became an animal, so now the reader has the power to transform into an animal, but every time you do, you exhibit the behavior of that animal, so it's hard to change you back.
Uzi-
She'd try to help you turn back to your normal drone form or at least be able to talk like you usually do, but you'd be running around as a little golden retriever(dog). It would take some effort, but she'd figure it out.
N-
You'd change into a lion to help protect him, but then start getting prideful/territorial, and he'd have to help you snap out of it and not be trapped as a lion forever.
V-
You would've become a hawk, but then you'd start to adopt a hawk's behavior(deadly and hyperaware of things) and wouldn't be able to turn back. She'd finally catch you and try to help change you back.
J-
You'd change into a cheetah, and then she'd have to chase you around and try to get you to turn back.
Thad-
He would walk in on you, but you'd be asleep and in the form of a bat. He'd let you rest, but he'd come back to make sure you were back in drone form again.
Doll-
She'd watch as you became an alligator and then started trying to bite everyone, unsure if she should help you or try not to laugh.
Lizzy-
She'd stare at you, confused as to why you were a cat and why you were acting like Uzi.
Cyn-
You'd turn into an owl, and she'd carry you around like you were a baby, never mind the fact that you were now a large bird if prey - she simply didn't care.
Khan-
He'd be sitting next to you when you transformed into a cat to sleep, and you stayed that way for hours on end. He would be worried about your well-being, but he would just try his best to be there if you needed him.
Tessa-
She'd be very confused when you became a boar, but also scared because you were definitely going to charge everywhere now.
Alice-
You'd become a tiger and try to eat the sentinels.
Nori-
You'd transform into a parrot, and while it would annoy her, it's not like she could really do anything unless she changed you back, and so she'd spend the time trying to get you back into drone form. Thankfully, it only takes a day or two.
Yeva-
She'd be very confused when she saw a zebra running through her home.
